So, this is going to be a rather different review, this cartridge contains two games (which is what I imagined would have come with the SMS console or light phaser control as it was called, but then again I'm not old enough to remember when this console was launched (hell I'm pretty sure it came out 4 years before I was born) so I don't know if the light phase came with it, maybe later versions did but I'm not sure) I mean why not I'm sure all the NES consoles came with Super Mario Bros and Duck Hunt

So a few years back I was able to play the light phaser games online just by clicking in there.

The idea of Hang on is.....you hang on for dear life on that motorbike you race to get to the next checkpoint. In Safari Hunt you shoot as many animals as you can to collect enough points so you can move on to the next round.

Soundtrack: There actually is no soundtrack except for the sound of the bike, unless you count the title screen where it actually sounds pretty good, Safari Hunt on the other hand has kind of grating music in the title screen, like something like the drum button on a synth keyboard. There is also no soundtrack of the gameplay except the sound of the gunshots which sound very strange.

Addictive: Hang-on does keep me coming back, Safari hunt I wish I could come back.

Depth: There are about 8 courses in Hang-on and 21 rounds in Safari Hunt. And every time you start a new course in the game you are back at the first race area you started at.

Difficulty: Depends on which game you are playing. Hang on is easy but I wasn't able to get the hang of using the phaser until the consoles end of it's life as it were, I basically had pointed the gun right at the screen in order for something to work.

Overall: Okay I'm going to level with you all I had to watch gameplay of safari hunt because the games where a light phaser is needed aren't playable on emulators. And as for Hang-on it's very hard for me to hate a racing game.

um.....I'm giving it an 8.5 and this does not count as my 3, I'm doing this by cartridge.
