Umbreon is not obtainable in FireRed and LeafGreen due to lack of a time system, which sorta sucks since the Eevee line is really cool.
But at least you can get one by trading from Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald.

Feraligatr, my favorite Johto starter! (final form, anyways... although I still like Totodile best)
