I don't really care for the show, so I don't know any songs from the show (I do remember a faint tone from the old gold/silver version show, though.) but from the game, definately route 1 from red/blue/green/yellow. It is just the best, most awesomely perfect music on a game EVAH! Unless it was Halo, Route 1 is the best music on a game that isn't fighting exactly.

Besides the ear worm that is season 1's intro, the best intro is most likely Advanced battle.

Dragonite Takes Flight is a great song that goes with Pokemon: The First Movie. Adventurous it was, and it sounds great.
