I´ve been wanting to play an emulated version of Photoplay for quite some time. I eventually found a ROM on this site, but it says that I need a plugin to play it. I installed the latest version of the RGR plugin, version 2.41, but Google Chrome thinks it´s not installed, and I haven´t been able to get the game working. I tried running the Helper Service, but when I start it up, my PC says that it exited unexpectedly, even though it hasn´t even started up yet. This happened after installing the plugin, too.

Can anyone help me with getting Emulation on Chrome to work? Thanks.

Follow these steps; it worked for me.
This is found under every game under Attention Chrome Users.

1. Go to chrome://settings

2. All the way at the bottom of the page, click on "Show advanced settings".

3. Scroll all the way down. Under "System", uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available".

Restart/relaunch google chrome and games should work now.

Mohammedroxx3 : I was just playing Space Zone or whatever is called (this month's competition) and I hit close in the emulator and it stopped working so I closed it and clicked Play game again and it did not work just opened and said at the bottom emulator closed. So I logged out and logged back in and tried other games same thing. So I uninstalled Vizzed and reinstalled it, closed the browser, came back and tried the game and emulator closed... Darn it, what the heck did I do now? I tried Firefox, Chrome, and the new Edge... any suggestions? I should mention that when removing the plug in it asked if I wanted to keep my files if I was reinstalling so I did keep them.
