Mine would have to be Portal 2, with the new gels, much attention on story, new co-op, and PS3 cross-campatiblity with PC, it is easily my favorite steam game.

In case you couldn't tell from my layout and my many millions of posts giving it unending praise, my favourite steam game is Europa Universalis IV. It's nothing short of amazing; the graphics are awesome, the soundtrack is even better, and there is just so much stuff you can do it's criminal.

My favorite steam game would have to be Garry's Mod. I love how it is just a regular sandbox game, with no objective(not counting the other gamemodes) and I can fool around with whatever I want to without worrying

Out of the ones I've played, it's definitely Skyrim.

I spent a good chunk of my summer on that one game.

Europa Universalis IV right now is my favorite steam game.  Although if you want to go by hours played and history I would have to say Mount and Blade Warband.  

I love EUIV for what it does, it is one of the best Paradox games out with a huge mod community.  I prefer to play the mod's now than to play the vanilla game (France just OP early), and that is something I prefer over Mount and Blade's mod community.  When I had Mount and Blade on the computer I could not get enough of it, I even got into the Napoleonic Wars Mod front and heavily into line battles until the regiment was absorbed by another regiment.   I was also leading a regiment in the North and South mod when I just stopped playing either mod.

Finding a favorite of games I absolutely love, is really hard. But since I must, I will choose Age of Empires II HD. Second to that would be Portal 2. Then the shooter games, haven't really played half of my games yet though.
