I'd first of all ban a number of users I deem to be problematic.

Second, I'd change the rules of the chat room and site. I personally think they are a bit too uptight. I get that the site is family friendly, but as a result, it's pushed a lot of my friends away. You can tone down the "matureness" of a conversation without getting rid of all the fun altogether.

Third, I'd put people in power that would enforce the rules I put forth. This would entail getting rid of all the present mods. Some would be rehired, some would not. I am not at liberty to say who those which would stay and leave.

Finally, I'd moderate the forums a lot more seriously, and get rid of pretty much all spam the instant it is made. (Of course, this is a pipe dream, as it would need to be a paying job for me to put this much effort into cleaning up the site, as far as instantaneous cleaning goes).

If you could have your username color changed again, would you do it?

Eh. The only change I'd want to have made to my username is to have it be a permanent change, and not have it pop up sporadically. I'd much rather see the zebra colors come out all the time, rather than just some of the time.

Honestly, no. I view Murder Mystery as inferior to Mafia, and any time that Murder Mystery would be relevant, is a time Mafia would be relevant. It's more or less been retired in Innocent Town.

The definition of a legacy is the following

A) something (such as property or money) that is received from someone who has died

B) something that happened in the past or that comes from someone in the past

In my case, you could make either case. I have left a legacy of sorts on various people. These are mostly life lessons, stemming from personal experience, to ensure people do not do the same things I have done. In the other case, my past is frequently explored, and I haven't even left or died yet.

Almost universally, I am known by the people of this site, and some legend or other persists about me in many different circles. Not all of it is true, but often times, stories (or written legacies) are falsified or find the truth stretched.

Ultimately, I'd say yes, I have left both a legacy, and have become something of a living one. It's arrogant, but anyone who refers to themself as legacy pretty much thrives on being arrogant.

One of the dumbest things I've ever done is strip down to my running shorts and dance for the people of Vizzed Chat. Which I did last night.

Muder Mystery was fun. You think we could do another one this year, but at around Thanksgiving time? That would be fun. And if so, I want to be in on it, instead of participating.

I really should put the question about my username in the FAQ at the start.

Basically, it's a three part name. legacy+me+3.

Legacy stands for what I want to believe behind, what I want, and desire, more than anything else. I want to be remembered. To be seen as someone worth remembering. I want to be able to pass a story down to people who come after me.

Me stands for a couple things. It stands for me, the person, the whole, the thing I want to be the subject of a legacy, what I want to be remembered. It also stands for the state of Maine, which is called ME in its abbreviation. I spent my high school years in Maine, and it was through my high school years that I decided what I wanted was to be remembered.

3 stands for a couple things. It stands for a magic number, my favorite number, and my lucky number all in one. Everything good comes in threes. so it made sense.

Also, legacyme3 sounds better than legacyme.

As for Innocent Town, I stole this name from another forum in a way. But they stole it from a video game, so we're even. This is what Innocent Town is in a video game.

I'm a big fan of the Disgaea games, so I liked the name, and wanted to use it for our new forum (Me and the_casualty being the co-owners). It is a place of madness, and craziness, at least in the real world, both a safe haven for those passing through and an eternal torment for those who cannot leave.

We play by different rules. We don't break site rules, mind, but we are definitely the most morally reprehensible forum on this site. We know, and accept (and pride ourselves on) being edgier and the "bad guys" of the site. (This is someone else's words, not mine)

Not everything, no. David, pacman, Deak2k13(who?), Blubcreator, geeogree, and big fat cat (who is banned) all have threads presently open in Innocent Town. The only people who have had threads closed are below with their reasoning.

Blubcreator's Immortality Thread - Closed to prevent intellectual thought. This is Innocent Town. We like to have fun. Math and numbers and progressive thoughts about hot topics like Immortality are frowned upon here. It was literally closed because it was too smart for the every man.

Bob's Crappy Thread - Closed because it was literally a crappy thread.

Pokemon X's TDV Thread - It was super spammy, and IT does not tolerate spam during the TDV. Even I up my quality to prevent my own threads from falling victim to this.

Igor's and TFW's, and Bara's threads. - All of these were closed because of the rule of stupid. While Blub's were closed for not being "fun", his were intelligent. These threads were closed because they weren't fun, and they were stupid.

I'm more than open to people posting new threads in here, I really am. But when stupid spam is made, or something that goes against what Innocent Town is about, I have no choice but to close it. Very few people seem to understand what Innocent Town is, unfortunately.

If you recall "The Awesome Forum" by the_casualty would you say that Innocent Town is similar or even based off of it? Or would you say it's more like the Swagger Club (I can't remember what it was called).

Or is it just in it's own level?

It'd probably be closer to the Swagger Club than the Awesome Forum at present. When Innocent Town was first made ages ago, it was run by both me and the_casualty.

It was made as a sort of "merge" of the two clubs, which had always had a strange relationship. We were (may still be but I don't really see him much) best friends, but our clubs seemed to get... hostile to each other. There were a few people in both clubs, and some in the Swagger Club called the Awesome Forum a carbon copy of the Swagger Club.

Eventually, this led to a lot of infighting, and the_casualty and I agreed it was kind of stupid to allow the fighting to continue among two groups that were in essence, the same. We fused, and The Awesome Forum closed shop (The Swagger Club closed as well, though a few months later).

Initially, the idea of Innocent Town was that it would be the best of both clubs without the infighting, and would feature games never to appear in either forum before, like Mafia, Murder Mystery, and other things.

Now, I basically run Innocent Town alone. I have help and another opinion in pacman1755, and I have mlb789 as a trusted moderator of the forum, but at this point Innocent Town has become more of my vision, and less of what it was initially crafted to be.

I'd say at this point, while closer to the Swagger Club than The Awesome Forum, it's still a mix of both, but with far stricter moderation, and far more silliness and less "form". Previously, you had to apply to join either forum. Now, anyone who is trusted+ is automatically a denizen of Innocent Town.

It's on its own level now, but it wasn't always that way. Greatness from small beginnings.
