What was one movie that you saw in 2019 that you just hated? For me it was The Beach Bum. The acting was great but I just couldn't wrap my head around the characters, the plot, the message, or anything else. It was super cringe worthy.

Bar none, without a doubt one of the worst movies I had the displeasure of watching just for the hell of it was Artic Dogs. It wasn't even like... ironic funny. It's humor is so shallow that It literally made me almost fall asleep within the half hour.

zanderlex : The Beach Bum was somehow made by the same guy who wrote "Kids" which is a movie I will never ever watch again. Not because it's not good but it's just a really really tough watch with the subject matter. Anything that guy has done other than The Beach Bum is pretty insane.

Anyway 2019's worst film? I saw that blatant lie of a movie "Unplanned" which was a big Christian movie that tried to lie about Unplanned Parenthood and the terrible things they do..which was all lies.

Blacksmith84 : The subject matter in Beach Bum was insane too. It made it seem like it was encouraging things like breaking out of jail, drugs, and general bad stuff.

I find it hard to believe that the person who stars in it also stars in my favorite movie of all time.

zanderlex : Have you ever seen the writer who did all those movies interviews on Letterman? He is just super weird and awkward. I guess he got banned from the show from trying to steal stuff from Meryl Streep's purse. Dave caught him and kicked him out. I guess he was really badly on drugs at the time. James Franco came on later and asked Dave about it after he made Spring Breakers with him.

I would probably say that I felt like Joker was the worst film of 2019, I didn't think there were many films that I thought were bad but I definitely know that this was one of them.

My most hated movie of 2019 and of the entire decade would be The Banana Splits Movie. Why would you ruin cute family-friendly characters and mutate them into crappy Five Night At Freedy's-wannabes. It's incredibly awful as is, but its legacy and cultural impact is what makes me hate it so much.
