You seem troubled when the rest are laughing,
They don't seem to notice,
You force a smile and muster a laugh when you need to,
Your smile disappears when they aren't around anymore,
You look relieved,
I am alone and so are you,
But we dont need to be,
So let's be alone together,
Just you and me,
Just us away from the world,
Watching from this distant shore.
