Shining in the Darkness was the first in the Shining series for Sega. It was an old-school dungeon crawler RPG, it takes an acquired taste to play dungeon crawlers. Normally dungeon crawlers are difficult, Shining in the Darkness however is INSANELY DIFFICULT. That's not an exaggeration either. That is too bad because the story is actually an entertaining one and the parts of the game that aren't poke-your-eyes-out hard is rather enjoyable. This mod makes it so your characters cannot be stopped in battle. That should teach those blasted monsters who's boss, eh?

What has been changed:
- Started each of the 3 characters out on 225HP, both magic users 100MP, 99 on the rest of the stats.
- Also gave enough experience for each character to gain massive levels from just the first fight. The Hero gains 91 levels, Pyra gains 87 levels and Milo gains 83 levels after their first fight.
- Each character has some of the best equipment from the start as well.

Tip: Instead of stocking up on Herbs in the beginning of the game you can fill your item list with Angel Feathers so you can warp back to town after each dungeon level victory.
