How to open the Portal 2 console on PC and enter commands
From the main menu, go to Options -> KEYBOARD/MOUSE -> Allow Developer Console and set it to Enabled. Note: to make some of these codes work, you need to enter this code into the console: sv_cheats 1


Code Effect
host_timescale # (default=1) Changes speed of game, 0.1 = 10% of original game speed, 2 = twice the original game speed
sv_speed_paint_acceleration (default = 500.0f) Changes the acceleration of the speed gel
sv_speed_paint_max (default = 800.0f) Changes the maximum speed obtainable from speed gel
portalgun_held_button_fire_fire_delay (default = 0.5) Changes the minimum speed (in seconds) in which the portal gun shoots when you hold click. (Affected by portalgun_fire_delay)
portalgun_fire_delay (default = 0.20) Changes the minimum speed (in seconds) in which you can fire a portal gun
firstperson Changes view to first person
thirdperson Changes view to third person
ent_create_portal_companion_cube Creates a Companion Cube
ent_create_portal_reflector_cube Creates a reflector cube for lasers
ent_create_portal_weighted_sphere Creates a Weighted Sphere
ent_create_portal_weighted_antique Creates the 1900s version of the Weighted Storage Cube (from "The Fall" chapter
ent_create_portal_weighted_cube Creates the original Weighted Storage Cube (the normal one)
give_portalgun gives you the basic portal gun. Upgrade with upgrade_portalgun
