An amazing RPG, and even better DBZ game   Maguc
Ah, Dragon Ball Z. One of my favorite franchises. When I heard about this game, I really didn't think it would be that good. It looked generic, boring even. Oh boy, I was wrong. Very wrong.
This game is is amazing! It has amazing graphics, awesome sounds, and there is so much to do it makes me go back to this game so many times!
Graphics - 10
The graphics man! They are the bomb. One of the best on the system. Every character is made so amazingly, you can see every detail on their body, their facial expressions, everything.
The attacks are flashy, nice, fast, and just eye candy. I could see the attacks one million times and they won't ever get repetitive or annoying. In the attacks you can see every detail, every punch, every power beam!
The maps are wonderful as well! You can see the time that went into making them, turning them into works of art.
In conclusion, the graphics are simply fantastic. It has so much detail going into it that I can't help but gasp of amazement every time I see them.
Sound - 9
The sound is simply wonderful as well. When they attack, you can hear the punches, the voices as if you were watching the actual show The voice acting, though in Japanese, sound exactly like the show, which is amazing considering the DS's capabilities.
The soundtrack is amazing as well. Such powerful themes, such astonishing works of art they are.
Addictiveness - 9
This game is so addicting. With 6 playable characters, each having their "personality", one can say. Each play differently, have their own strengths and weakness's, and each their own different move set. During the enemies attack, you have the chance to press a certain button to be able to defend, making it do less damage. I love this, since it gives you more control over the battle, not just "Choose attack, wait" I feel this is an amazing idea in an RPG and I wish more games would use it. There is so much to do, it could take a couple of weeks to get everything, which will be explained more in Depth.
Story - 8
The story is the same exact story from Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z, with some optional side quests. The story is pretty good, though it mostly ranges from "Get to point A to point B, fight boss" or "Collect certain amount of items" It's not bad, but they could be a bit more diverse, maybe even making stuff not from the actual show.
Depth - 10
There is so much to do in this game. First off, when you get the scouter, you get the ability to scan enemies. There is no reward for getting 100% on it, but if you are going for an 100% run, than you are going to need it, some enemies only appearing once in the entire game.
You also get a special ability for Tien, a technique which allows you to capture enemies. If you get every enemies, you can get some big rewards, some things that you can only get with it.
There is also a glove which makes every defeated enemy into carrots, which if you get enough you unlock a whole new area, which allows you to fight tougher and rarer enemies, for good items and good experience points.
Later in the game, you can also collect the seven dragon balls, which allows you to make a wish. If you get them twice, you can wish "To fight a very strong enemy", which unlocks a bonus boss, which is extremely hard, easily the hardest fight in the game, but gives out an item that is so broken, it can make any character into a godly one.
The capsule system. During the game, you can find capsules, which allow you to pass through certain areas, or even give you advantages in or outside battles. There are many capsules, some unlocked by the things I said before.
In conclusion, there are so many things to do, it makes this game so much fun!
Difficulty - 7
This game is decently hard. It isn't impossible to master, but it isn't a game you can just pick up and be good at it. It takes a bit of skill to play, but it is easy to learn, and the first chapter gives you a good tutorial. This game is just the right amount of hard at times and just the right amount of easy at others.
Overall - 9.6
This game is a ton of fun. I would suggest it to any person, whether they are DBZ fans or RPG fans, this game is bound to at least give you some fun. It has a bit of everything, and I can't stop saying good things about it. This game is probably in my top 5 best DS games, and I would easily recommend it to anyone.
So, if you haven't given this game a chance, do it. I promise it won't disappoint you.
