It doesn’t make much sense going to a place where people don’t treat you right. Don’t put yourself through that, it’s absolutely not worth it. It reminds me of high school in a sense that every day after school myself and my group of friends would go to this place across the street to chill and find something to do. Then one year a couple new people joined our group and everyone changed dramatically and thought they were too cool for some people and going there after school became unpleasant. Basically I simply stopped hanging out at that place because I wasn’t comfortable being and also wasn’t welcome or respected anymore. That sounds a lot like you in the discord server. That doesn’t necessarily mean that they represent everyone though, and if discord was made official chatroom of vizzed, a lot of that drama wouldn’t fly. Go where happiness takes you, not where you seek happiness and acceptance, because acceptance isnt always given.

I spent a good portion of a day trying to find a song I knew very few lyrics for. I knew that the song was very chill and tame and low key and the lyrics I knew were I can feel it in my bones, but that was the only piece of information I had, so I kept searching songs with those lyrics and coming up empty. Eventually I asked a friend for help, and after a handful of suggestions, he finally found what I was looking for.
The song I was trying to find is called step - by vampire weekend
The song has been stuck in my head for the past few days, but oddly enough I sometimes seem to forget how the beat goes and only remember the lyrics, so only naturally I have to listen to the song over again to relive the experience and charm the song has to offer.

That’s so crazy to be living in an area where shootings are just turned a blind eye to. I couldn’t imagine how that must make the innocent civilians feel. What reasons do you believe crimes like this are turned a blind eye to? Did somebody die or something or just shot at and the shells were left there?
On an unrelated note, you have a very interesting way of writing, like the way you form your sentences and the words you choose to use. How did you develop your writing skills?
For the record this isn’t a criticism, I’m genuinely fascinated regarding your writing as most people write a very basic way. You don’t see the abstract writing style very often. I think it is neat and unique and think the right crowd would appreciate your unusual writing style.

I don’t actually know what goes on on discord chat rooms as I’ve decided against venturing into them.
By the way moss, since you’re a mod, should we summon David to bring this idea to his attention or nah since he’s got s lot on his plate already?

Perhaps opinions may different on this stance, but when this site was lively, one of the most appealing parts was the general chat room, where we wouldnt have to post on a forum and wait for a reply, we could just chat it up instantly. It created a culture that allowed the thought of returning for new and interesting conversations to happen and entice people to come back for more. However, whenever I seem to hop on to vizzed, the chat room is empty and hasn’t been used in at least 24 hours. This is alarming to me because it was constantly active with the exception of the very early mornings. This feature needs to be lively again if vizzed wants to have that desire to return and loyalty factor to be present again.
That is why I decided to make this thread, I wanted to remind people that it’s there and we should visit it and stick around and use it to help build culture and have interesting conversations again. I think it could directly help vizzed traffic to pick up.

In a effort to get this site rolling in traffic like the good old days I decided to create a threat that everyone can relate to.
Everyone spends their time doing something, what is it?

Are you hooked on fortnight and trying to win those solo matches?
Has a mobile game grabbed your interest and taken you hostage?
Are you the bingeing shows and or movies type?
Perhaps you are an outdoors person who loves a good walk or drive?
Maybe you are a builder and you have your various projects at the front of your mind?

Lets talk about it!

Currently Im hooked on the simpsons tapped out mobile game. I am a massive simpsons fan and have been since I was very young, so reliving all that nostalgia and the clever writing and interesting characters makes me happy.

At some point in the next few years my better half and I will likely get married and move in together and then I will truely be able to be fully comfortable in my skin and will likely become a huge binge watcher and music blaster and video game nerd. Happy times are ahead!

As someone who has one awesome parent and one crappy parent I can say that the best thing you can do to help with your happiness levels is spending time with your wife and kids. You dont need to do some great grand gesture to try and win them over, just do all the little things to make them happy and feel together and like a real stable family. I dont like my dad and have no wish to spend any amount of time with him and it is because he never earned my respect or gave much of a damn about what was going on in my life. Dont ever let things get to that point with your kids. You get to a point where theres no turning back if you lose that connection with your kids so be there for them and support them and show an effort and interest in their interests and genuinely love them as opposed to just saying it. Prove it. The same goes for your wife, she wants the little things and the connection and the respect and the mutual interests and the chemistry.

I wish you luck in battling with your struggles, but you have what you need right in front of you to get you out of it. Helping your family get through tough times will in turn help you get through tough times and get closer to your family, and the happiness will grow.

As far as the site goes, get the general chatroom going and people will return each day to embrace the community that vizzed is and then site traffic will slowly pick up. Get netplay going as well (even if you have to use a different site to get the various systems working) to help boost the charm of this site, it was always my favourite part.

Be more chill about rules as well, like letting us be a little more adult (I got temporarily banned for saying damn once). I understand you wanting this site to be friendly for everyone, but theres adult situations all over the internet that people have full access to from their various sources, so dont be so strict regarding that.

Good luck.

it has been brought to my attention the the version of the minish cap that has been submitted to the site is the european version, which is known as a bug filled beta version of the game.
I have experienced these bugs and therefore the game cannot be completed.
Apparently theres an american version that is bug free, and I would love to play it.
the minish cap is actually a wonderful game that I recommend everyone play, but only play the american version or you will be disappointed that all your progress is for naught like I currently am.

Im not sure where to put this thread, my apoligies.

Im using this http://play.rom.online/Legend.of.Zelda,.The.-.The.Minish.Cap/Game.Boy.Advance/Game (visualboyadvance) in order to play vizzed games.

Clearly I am playing minish cap and the game was working fine but then it froze when I tried to get the jar from the weapons shop as I walked along the roof. I kept trying and it kept freezing on the roof or when I entered the shop from the roof. so I decided ok I can beat the game without an additional jar.

The game continued fine and then when I got to the temple of droplets I entered a room that looks to be dark, its the room over the waterfall that the lilypad eventually leads you to when the ice block puzzle flips the switch, in the same place where the bugs try and drop things on you.

Sorry if that was vague, Im trying to be specific. I simply cannot get into this room of the dungeon without the emulator closing and therefore the game cannot be completed and its annoying and disappointing. I hope you can fix this or offer a solution to this problem. Thank you.

Im using google chrome if that helps.

I looked up a video play through to give you specifics of where the game freezes.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26sGpCpRivw (literally exactly as far as I can go is where the video ends.)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8KBAnBbtmc (the follow up video; I dont get to see any of this because the game freezes the second I enter that first room)

so theres an xbox 360 game that I really want to play called viva pinata, and it appears that the stand along game for viva pinata costs more than the combined game for viva pinata / banjo kazooie nuts and bolts, and Im wondering if thats because the viva pinata game is not a complete game, or it runs slower or something along those lines. I cant figure out why 1 game would cost more money than 2 games combined.

and yes, Im going to play it on the 360 because thats the system I own.
if anyone has any experience with these games Id like to know.

Im not sure about the crash games availability but they are very highly regarded so I would assume so.

As for tomba its an adventure rpg type game that is kind of like one huge puzzle... you get these items and youre wondering what you need to do with them. Talking to almost everyone in the game will trigger some sort of new achievement you need to complete, or it will help you complete an achievement you may have forgotten about. You have a place that tells you which achievements you still need, and which ones you have, and blank spaces where you may have missed potential achievements. You can certainly complete the game without 100%ing it, but these games have a certain kind of charm that makes you really want to 100% it. You will find yourself backtracking to tackle different achievements, but once you have the flying dog, the achievements become much quicker to complete. Be warned that some events will prevent you from completing older events if the scenery becomes changed. For example, if you beat the swine that cursed the snow land in tomba 2, then a life bar becomes impossible to get. Also, if you get a life bar but it does nothing, that means you have to get a certain item which unlocks all the other life bars you have unlocked. It will makes sense when you play. You may need a guide tho to fully complete the game... especially tomba 2. Trust me its worth it.

I got oldschool and whipped out the original xbox and played some knights of the old republic, which is an amazing game and so worth getting out the xbox for. I saw all those star waars commercials on tv and it made me wanna play the game again, so I did the best that I could to 100% it, even though it nearly cost me from being able to use 2 awesome items for the finals boss battle.

Aside from that, I think the last 3 games I 100%ed were absolute gems for the ps1. Crash bandicoot 2: cortex strikes back, tomba, tomba 2/; revenge of the swine.

I have never played the original crash bandicoot so I cannot say if #2 is the best of the original trio before other gems like crash bash and crash team racing came along, but I can confirm that crash bandicoot 2: cortex strikes back is absolutely worth 100%ing. you can go through the game and collect all the crystals and get to the boss, and maybe you will find some of the gems along the way, but a few of those gems are quite frustrating to try and get your hands on, and some even include finishing a level fast enough, or even not dying so you can reach a secret, completing that secret, and then going back to tackle a different secret, also without dying from that first time trying to complete the level. Believe me when I say those plants that spit bombs at you will get on your nerves, and trying to avoid nitro while sliding on ice will be tedius, but it will be so well worth it.

As for tomba and tomba 2, they are quite underrated games but absolutely are worthy of 100%ing. Every item has a purpose in completing that goal, and there is a lot of charm within the gameplay itself. These 2 games are not overly difficult, but sometimes finding the right place or the right item, or getting that hard to reach treasure chest makes the game so worth putting a full effort towards. I highly recommend 100%ing all 3 of these PS1 games, as well as knights of the old republic for the original xbox.

Let me just say this about that... you are in high school... and people might make a big deal about it, and they might bother you about it, but 98% of those people wont ever see you again after high school. If this person is someone you genuinely care about, then do what makes you happy. When you get in to college, you will have friends who are 18, 24, 30... all different ages, races, and even some from other countries, but yet you are all equal. People make a big deal about age in high school, but in reality, its not a big deal at all... just be careful when you turn 18 and the law changes... Im not quite sure how youre going to manage that one.

I know both of you reasonably well, and I know that both of you are genuinely good people with good hearts, so Im very pleased to hear that you found each other. I think you will make each other very happy and I think this relationship will last. Just dont invite me to your wedding cuz I hate weddings

Also bintz, check your skype.

revere got squeezed on a garbage strike call, but I still have no idea why they threw navarro out there to pinch hit for goins with 1 hit all post season.

was a great ride for my jays, they traded most of their farm system and they may just walk into free agency, but still, what a ride.

poor osuna, hes gunna get a whole lot of grief for getting the loss, even though hes been ridiculously impressive all year.

theyre gunna be all over goins for not getting that bunt down either.

It is a darn shame because pompey stole 2 massive bases in the 9th with nobody out and then they cant drive him home.

this was a very winnable game for the jays, but they left so many runners on base.
