I recently got an ATI Radeon X1600 Pro 512mb graphics card and tried to install it onto my computer, but when I boot up the computer with the card installed, there's no signal to my monitor nor does my computer shows signs of loading. Any suggestions?

Current configuration:
Gigabyte 8I8265GME-775 motherboard
Pentium 4 HT 3.2 GHz
2 GB ram
500 watt PSU

I personally think it's unconstitutional because it violates our 1st and 4th Amendments. Our phone calls, emails,  internet activity can be monitored by the government.  If this keeps up, we'll end up in an Orwellian society, where the government is controlling our lives.

Angel Beats is my personal favorite anime made by Key. in 13 episodes, there's plenty of action throughout the plot. Sadly, the length didn't please me. There could have been more things added to enhance the plot. However, I doubt there's going to be a 2nd season, due to the fact Otonashi donated his heart, which was reveled to be transplanted to Kanade in the last episode.

II prefer anime over cartoons. Anime have better storyline. Cartoons are not as appealing to me unlike anime. Anime made by Key for example, often have really emotional scenes, that might make you cry. Where in cartoons, you don't see any of that.

I'm currently playing Clannad and Kanon, both without adult content and have English translations. Both of them I still haven't completed yet, or close to completing. Clannad surprisingly needs more than 50 hours of playing to complete., which means a boat load of reading. Kanon on the other hand is much shorter.

My pc acts up from time to time My screen would go blank, and instantly my CPU fan kicks into 100% speed. After that I have to hard reboot my computer. It happens randomly, whether it's under a heavy load or not. The problem still occurs, even after I downgraded my OS to Win XP SP3 from Vista Ultimate. Any possible causes for this, excluding CPU  temperature and infections?

Current PC specs:
Gigabyte GA-8I865GME-775 motherboard
CPU Socket 775
Pentium 4 Prescott with Hyper-threading support 3.2 GHz with 1 Mb L2 cache
1.5GB DDR SDRAM
200Gb hard drive
82865G Graphics controller
OS: Win XP SP3

School lunch is what I depend on for lunch for most of the time, except when the line's really long, I go out to buy lunch. The lunches in my school aren't half-bad. Everyday, there's always something different for lunch.

My favorite is A link to the Past. Great overhead perspective, plenty of items to collect, and lots of things to do.

In my 11 years of school,  I never had a fire in any of the schools I went to. The closest thing to a fire was the elevator in my current school was shorting out, but there was no fire just smoke I think. I heard it from my teacher, so I don't know the exact details. Plus, it was during the beginning of the school year.

I hate to mention this, but having it built in China doesn't seem like a good idea. The workmanship quality over there ins't that great. I understand that labor is cheaper, but still. When I was younger, I always wondered if there will be another Titanic dedicated to the first one, looks like it will happen.

This 2012 rumor is just in our heads. If you think about the countries on the far east, wouldn't it have happened there? I checked online, and found out that New Zealand and Australia are still around, which proves this 2012 rumor is completely false and absurd. It all started out as a misinterpretation of the Mayan calender.

I mostly dislike country, heavy metal, jazz, folk, basically any genre that is either before my lifetime, excessive noise, or bad language. Especially folk and country, and can't stand listening to them, totally not my style.

I need suggestions. My computer freezes completely while watching videos or while playing a flash game and recently Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne, forcing me to hard shut down and reboot. I had it scanned for viruses, got no threats, and I used a registry cleaner, but it didn't help.

Comp specs:
Gigabyte 8I865GME-775 motherboard
Pentium 4 Prescott 3.20Ghz
768 MB of ram
96 MB graphics controller with 3D/Direct-X support
Windows Vista Ultimate Service Pack 1
