Well for starters, once downloaded you must install it in which I believe is in your downloads folder. Then, you must restart your web browser and then try to play the games.

What internet browser are you using(Fire Fox,Internet Explorer etc.? I'd recommend Internet Explorer since that is the one I play the games with. If you are using Fire Fox, try clearing the Cookies:
Tools > Clear Recent History > Cookies
If you are using Internet Explorer:
Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies
