I'm surprised that nobody said anything about the Oscars this year.

I'm actually really into the Oscars this year, which is quit rare because I usually just don't see it and just look at the results later on

Who do you want to win? Were there nominations that you think should have gone to other performances? Who do you think will win?

La La land has a ton of nominations and is probably going to win a bunch of them.

However, for best Pictures I'm kind of hoping that Hacksaw Ridge wins it. In fact, I was hoping that Hacksaw Ridge would win Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Film Editing, and Best Director.

One award that I think will be exciting is the one for Best Visual Effects. Because the front runners include Star Wars: Rouge One, Doctor Strange, and The Jungle Book, all of which look spectacular.

While La La Land will probably win best Score, I think Passengers deserves a chance as well, which features one of the better composers, Thomas Newman, along with Imagine Dragons.

And we can all agree that Zootopia will win best animated film, right?

And in related news the PWC (Price Waterhouse Coopers) had one job. To ensure the right slip goes in the right envelope. Okay,mistakes will be made,we are all human. But I think they blew this way out of proportion. It was a simple mix up. It was embarrassing,yes. But nothing to get your drawers in a knot over.
