Hello
all. My name is Killermegaman, as you can tell. I'm just an average
gamer that loves Street Fighter and fighting games in general. My love
extends to the older games as well as the newer games. Anyway, I've
always wanted to host a tournament, and I thought this would be a good
idea to post it on. Now this part isn't going to be as long as my Reddit post because I assume you all know how Netplay works. If you don't, then message me. I've been on the site since December of 2012 so I have some experience.
Some things to note are:

1. We will be playing the SNES version, since I can't get arcade
   games to work properly at the moment (maybe in the future I will redo
   this on arcade and use Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo on MAME)

2. Gamepads, controllers, arcade sticks, (if you can get them to work) will be allowed for use in this tournament. You can set it up however you would like. Also, if you like
   keyboard, then you can use that too, I'm not going to judge you for it.

3. We will be using a service for voice chat. Now the service we
   will be using will depend on what you guys want, since I'm fairly new at
   this (not tournaments itself, I do a bunch of them with CPUs) I'm not
   going to force you to get one, but if you have or decide to get one for the
   occasion and future tournaments, then cool. All the more better.

4. I most likely will record and post matches on Youtube, however I
   haven't decided yet. I definitely will post results in the forums though
   for those who are curious.

5. No character is banned, anyone is free game here. Maybe though as
   we host more tournaments characters will get banned, but we'll have to
   see.

6. We will be hosting off of the tournament mode found in the game.
   This will make it more convenient for me. However if you guys don't like
   the system, then we'll do it with versus.

7. Tournament mode for those who don't know consist of one round
   victories. So if you win just one round, you advance to the next
   opponent. Also, there's a losers bracket built in just like in other tournaments.
   

8. Remember peps, we just playing for fun. I understand, fighting
   games make us salty, me too included, but don't start real fights. This
   isn't even the superior version, so don't take a loss one in this game
   too badly.

Don't worry about setting up Netplay, I'll take care of all of that.
You'll just have to join my game in the Netplay page. Just click on the
title of the Netplay lobby name (In this case it will be Super Street Fighter II - The New Challengers Tournament hosted by me) and you'll be in. I will even add
