Some people have said that my voice changes depending on what I'm doing... lol (Yes, I sound kind of different when I'm giving out orders.) ^^0;;

I speak rather funny due to a multitude of things, but I do speak clearly and have been told that I have a good voice for presenting stuff. I do however have a rather thick eastern Canadian accent, which is a hard accent to explain, interestingly, I completely lose my accent when talking to people who don't have the same accent as me. I also sometimes completely skip over parts of words, never the whole word, but parts.

Oh, and my voice is very deep and I love it. It makes people take me seriously

I've always been rather quiet when I speak. Often to the point where people will be in a silent room and still ask me to speak up. As far as my accent is concerned, I never really thought that I had one. All I know is that around 12 years ago, I moved from Washington State to Alabama (quite a difference huh). Ever since I moved, my relatives and friends up north insist that I've gotten a southern accent. Yet, nobody here in Alabama thinks my accent is even slightly southern. It's pretty amusing.

I speak well. I have a job where I am in front of groups of people or individuals and there is presentation of information, presentation of facilities, and I need to establish some level of confidence and trust in them about my abilities and skills.

It's like being in sales without being yelled at by Alec Baldwin about coffee being for closers.

I'm 35. I have an average-deep voice. I don't rush words, I'm comfortable with short or middling silences, I have a broad vocabulary and I don't trot out big words to sound smart. I know what I need to say, I think about what I want to say and how I say it, and I'm measured.

I do well in front of cameras. I have a Midwestern American accent. It's not as flat and nasal as you'd expect it to be. I vary my speaking pace, the pitch, the volume, and I can tell a pretty good story.
