Oh look this thing again. Mebbe this time I’ll actually do them all.

This enemy is usually seen in a ride armor. When they’re in a ride armor, they will dash at you and try to kill you by punching you. When it’s alone, it’s much less of a threat. All they can do is shoot random buster shots. To get them to this point, you can steal their ride armor or destroy it before they get to it. If you have a ride armor of your own then they’re kind of a joke because I guess your ride armor is the master ride armor of all time (except Vile’s of course).

It’s in Chill Penguin and Sting Chameleon's Stage (where you can wreck them with your own ride armor), and the second Sigma Stage. Same with the PSP remake.
