This enemy at first seems to be part of the ceiling (but if you pay attention you can easily tell that there’s something odd about it), then it drops down and reveals itself as an enemy (it can not be hurt until it reveals itself). The Crag Man then decides to throw boulders (which comes from the ceiling right above him) at X. This enemy appears in Sting Chameleon’s Stage in both the original and the remake (where rocks are falling from the ceiling), and in Armored Armadillo’s Stage, but only in the PSP remake. It’s also similar to an enemy in Mega Man 3 (Junk Golem), which functions about the same.
