Well, it's hard for me to come by a really bad anime as I'm not exactly the most avid anime watcher and the ones that I can say I've watched, I liked. But as with pennylessz I guess Powerpuff Girls Z counts, and that was totally poopy for a lack of a term I can't use. It miserably failed in getting me interested at all and everyone just felt way too different from their Cartoon Network counterparts. Even the reboot does PPG better than PPGZ did, and the reboot is pretty junky too.
