Why doesn't the Chat Room appear?

The button entitled Chat Room shows up at the top of the screen, and I can click it, making a new tab appear. Furthermore, the page loads. However, that is where the working stops. Once it is done loading, the screen is just.... white. Even after the page has fully loaded, the screen remains white.

Oh, and by the way, I am using Google Chrome, as I don't intend to play many of the games anymore. And I have Windows 10 (10.1, actually)

Also, this has been happening for some time, so I recently reset my computer (besides, I had too much stuff, anyway piled in the memory, anyway). But even after the reset, I am still receiving the same white screen.

I pull it up on both Chrome and FireFox fine, so that is strange. You said that you reset your computer - did you try reinstalling Flash to see if that corrects it?
