welcome to my review of dragonball xenoverse on pc. Anyway this is the 1st time that a dragon ball game has been released on pc well outside of Japan of course. this game offers to allow anyone to be a sayain or any other races from the Dragonball universe. With alot of outfits and accessories to equip with lots of super moves which nearly all moves can be used by any race. forgot to say this game used quite a lot of the elements of the mmo game dragon ball online which sadly is gone offline and not even in English

Story: The games story is that mysterious beings are affecting the history of dragonball as we know it with events that already happened changed to the bad guy wins and the heroes are killed off. Trunks Asked the dragon to bring forth a warrior that will help him and the supreme kai of time.

Game play: The game has mmo like elements as well as bit of rpg elements too. The games hub world is the toki toki city where players can meet up and join forces or just duel it out. Toki toki City has 3 main sectors that players go to. Also once the story has moved quite a bit the player can get a mentor but you can only train with one mentor at a time with some of the characters not the whole roster. Mentors will give you moves and items to assist the player they will pass judgement on how well the player does in missions where they will get mad at the player for getting the lowest rank or failing a mission. the players can shop for items and equipment. the game has Z-Souls which can be gained from side missions or mentors or mixed which can boost the players stats as well as the outfits. Players can add super moves to their character and ultimate attacks as well. Ranging from attacks that the character used like super kamehameha and many other moves give or take. the players can use points they gained by levelling up to enhance their abilities but its up to the player to use those abilities as they please. the missions usually has the player beating up the foes with a 3 on 3 or a 1 on 1 with allies or foes joining the battle. With a few missions involve defending a fighter or collecting dragonballs. forgive me if I stand corrected if anyone has the dlc with more missions i don't have them yet at least. forgot to say you also you items as well just equip the items before the mission start but the ultimate attacks players has its own slots that players can use the two trigger buttons since i am playing it with a controller much better that way

Sound: the Games sound is quite good with amazing music that goes with some the areas than some with a amazing version of head cha la (song from the Japanese z series opening since us English speakers had rock the dragon) with some sound issues that plagues the game like the some of the lines are different when a character is speaking like Vegeta losing or other cases it depends.

Graphics: the game looks amazing with its cell shaded look but it kinda looks bland in cut scenes unlike the anime cut scenes which you don't see too often. and the models of the characters and the dark forms of some of the characters look quite amazing well it captures the look of them perfectly but i have to admit the anime cut scene looks are amazing even with the kai of time her self

Pros
custom created characters
Music
Fighting system
Characters

Cons
character's get a bit mixed up with the lines (depends on the character)
the server issue (if the game had any issue with the server or lost connection even while playing solo it kicks you to the main menu)
item drop rate (it can be a nightmare even for a z-soul)

in short the game is very good game arguably better than tenkaichi 3
till we meet in the next review have a wonderful Christmas and a new year

Although your review is structure well, I feel like I still do not know much about the game. How does it compare to other Dragon Ball games? Are the graphics clear? What made the music interesting?

I've gotta agree with janus here, especially as someone who isn't really fond of Dragon Ball games to begin with. If I didn't already know the genre of this game myself, I would have thought this to be structured much more differently than it is. It's very well-structured, yes, but the info just isn't there for anyone who doesn't entirely know what this game is about. You have to try to assume that your readers don't know that much, if anything, about the game you're talking about, and in a review, I feel it's better to have too much detail than to have too little detail.
