My idea is that you can opt. Between saving locally (aka on your hard drive) or saving in the cloud!
Saving in the cloud would mean you can use your save anywhere but only having limited space, While saving locally means you can only use saves on your computer but have lots of space. (assuming you have lots of space on your hard drive)
And you can speed Viz or something on increasing your space.

A good starting space for cloud space would be about 100 or 200 megabytes of space. And for say 10000 Viz you can upgrade to 500mb.

Y'know, I like this idea, since I play from two different computers, and it's a pain to make sure I always have my latest save file on a flash drive. The whole reason that I use Vizzed instead of the traditional method of having an emulator locally stored is because one of those machines is at my workplace where I need to be careful with downloading unauthorized files. (Yes, I play vidya gaems at work, GOML.)

That being said, though, this is a free site. Save files can be anywhere from 1 or 2 kilobytes for NES games, to 64 or 128 kilobytes for PS1. I've got save files for several dozen games, and I know there are players here who are even heavier users than I. Multiply that by tens of thousands of active users, and it adds up fast. Some of the games on here are bigger than 1GB and that chews up bandwidth fast. Storage is a whole different animal. Perhaps I'm wrong, and it would be cool to hear from someone with executive powers on this issue, but I don't think it's possible without some sort of a paid option to offset the costs.

Also adding a pay monthly like 30,000 Viz (nearly active in the forum) or $10 a month would be a good idea. Another idea is to pay monthly and pay extra for space.

That would probably be a lot harder to implement than it sounds.
You could set up symbolic links that map to network drives.

If you could figure out a way to access those network places outside of a LAN, then you're golden. :3
I am sure its possible, but I just can't think of a way to do it right now.
