I'll say it a different way so that people might understand what David was trying to say.

He wants you to pick multiple things you would like to do. Not just 1 or 2.

He is only picking 2-3 RGR staff members so he needs each one covered at least once but hopefully all of them twice so people need to step up and take more than 1 thing.

Then I will like to also try out for 4 and 5 .

For retro game room support , I helped some users with the new plugin (in the shoutbox ) and for game tester , that's a little too easy , and I am active really often , so it won't hard (plus I love bing the 1st to do stuff ) .

iop50: GREAT, I was really hoping someone would take this
What is your availability and how much time could you commit to this a week? Be as realistic as possible.

I would be willing to do 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, if there is an easy solution to the problem for #4.

1. Chat Police
I've been a forum moderator on a few forums, so I know how to do this job easily. This would actually be easier, because I wouldn't have to view every thread in every forum every day. I would just be able to watch the chat ^^

2. Image And/Or Content Adder
I really want to do this one. Some games don't have proper descriptions, screenshots, guides, or cheats, and I would like to give these to them. It bugs me when a game isn't properly described. (nothing against you David, it just bugs me that i can't fix them xD)

3. Bug Tester
Well, I have already been doing this for a week, so I am confident that I would be able to continue doing this job.

4. RGR Support
I doubt I would be much help as a Support member without any training on the matter, but I do know the basic fixes, like how Didowe was directing people in the game chats.

5. Game Testers
See #3

Well, there is my official application. Like I said in my last post, I might try and type up a game review sometime, and if I do, I will let you know about it David, and I would make sure you approved it before I tried adding it to any game.

I could do bug testing and game testing, I can spend a good amount of time on here, usually done with school by 3:30 or so and have and hour break starting a 11:30, plus I have my own computer so I don't have to wait to get on. My only problem would be Saturdays, as I am typically busy all day. I could probably do reviews, here I'll try Star Fox 64:
Star Fox 64 is a remake of the original Star Fox game for SNES. However, there are many differences between the two games, in story, level design, and mechanics. As in Star Fox, you play as Fox Mccloud, flying in your Arwing spacecradt (and sometimes a submarine and tank) and fighting the evil forces of Andross. An interesting gameplay feature is the addition of your three wing-men, Peppy, Slippy, and Falco. It is your job to not only protect yourself, but also them, lest you lose their support. The graphics are good for the time, with beautifully sculpted levels, especially the ones set in space. However, the animation isn't perfect, and when characters talk, their mouth just vibrates. Boss battles are a fun challenge, requiring you to find a weak spot on their vehicle to exploit in order to damage it. The sound is excellent too, with a great score and voice-overs for the cast. Overall, I give this game a 9.5/10, broken into the following categories:
gameplay: 10/10
graphics: 9/10
sound: 9/10
controls: I forgot to cover this. The controls are simple and easy to use, allowing you to pull off tricks simply, especially on the original controller. 10/10

Oh, I could also try image/content adder, and I could find information on the hacked games.
EDIT: I forgot to add, I also wouldn't be available Thursdays until about 6.

I think I would also take the role of RGR support as well.

I'm great at helping people and i've been doing it for 3 years. I've been offered a junior school consulor job, but I refused. I help out my brother when he has a problem at his school or when he's just sad and I try to cheer him up.

I think I can do this job 7 days a week (except at night and school) along with my weekend job as game tester. (If I get it)

2 or 3 hours a day.
I'm mostly available on Monday's to Friday's.
4 hours to Friday maybe.
I start being Vizzed on at 4:00 CST.
If not then I'm probably somewhere.
I also have my own Windows XP Computer.

I'm not really sure which of these have been filled and which haven't, so I'd like to just go ahead and say that I'd be willing to be Chat Police, Game Tester, Game Reviewer (I'll post a review at the end of this post), and a Hacked Game Reviewer...

Work part time and go to school full time, but I have 2-3 hours between classes every Mon-Wed-Fri, and my time after class/work all I do is play games and lurk forums anyway haha..

I think I'd be a good game tester because I've played several of these before anyway via emulators/roms etc. (Also I love playing Hacked Games due to the wide variety of game types people can create) And I'm always looking for new reasons to try games I haven't played yet, so being a game tester would be the perfect opportunity.

Hacked Game Review: Pokemon Chaos Black

Pokemon Chaos Black is essentially a ROM Hack based off of the Pokemon Fire Red remake for the Game Boy Advance. The idea behind this game actually started as a joke, as several people claimed to have "one of the very few copies" on eBay, and made it look legitimate with the very real-looking start screen.

One of the most notable hacks in this game is that it has changed the layout of the game itself. The player gets a sense of this immediately, as even the path from Pallet Town to Viridian City is changed. Another cool feature is that the creator made their own pokemon sprites and inserted them into the game, in place of the standard Pidgey, Weedle, Caterpie, etc. that everyone was used to catching in Viridian Forest (as well as the three starting Pokemon!).

There are a few errors in this game though, upon entering a new city the box appears on the top left of the screen that should contain the name of the town, but the box is empty. Another problem is that, however amazing the new pokemon sprites may be, they still look like their original forms. So although you picked the fire Pokemon to start, in your Pokemon screen in the start menu you still see a picture of Charmander.

In my short time playing this game, I have already found one bug: In the area to the left of Viridian City, there is a Pokemon that is un-catchable and that is easy to get quick experience from at low levels. The creature is a Dragon and has strong attacks such as Aurora Beam, but it does seemingly no damage. Any level 3+ Pokemon can easily take out this creature and gain quick experience.

As far as the Sound, Gameplay, and Controls go, it is a Pokemon game at heart. With the interesting new Pokemon giving this game a new twist, I give this game an 8.5/10.

this is because whoever coded the game used the genetics of pokemon you can only find later in the original game. to be specific, i think they used seal for that particular pokemon, something that is found only in the seafoam islands (i think). the original game is coded so that pokemon are easier to catch in the beginning, but much, much harder later in the game. thats why that pokemon seems uncatchable.. try going back with a great ball/ultra ball and you might get it

this is because whoever coded the game used the genetics of pokemon you can only find later in the original game. to be specific, i think they used seal for that particular pokemon, something that is found only in the seafoam islands (i think). the original game is coded so that pokemon are easier to catch in the beginning, but much, much harder later in the game. thats why that pokemon seems uncatchable.. try going back with a great ball/ultra ball and you might get it

That's what I actually meant by that, at the time of catching it. That mod is the only game I've seen where there is a Pokemon that early on that is uncatchable at the time (it's only a level 3). Sorry, I should've been a little more clear with my wording.

[sigh].... there is a difference between bugs in the game code itself and bugs in the way the emulator runs the game.

You have to know the difference or you won't be able to do this job properly.

Then start up your forum and brag about how you're admin there.

How can he be the admin when his the creator ?

And I wonder how your forum will look like with all those typos and cheap layouts .

P.S : Why is everyone going for game reviewer , because if it goes on like this there will be nobody the see if the game the reviewers are reviewing are working or needs renewing , go for game and bug tester , because playing working games are more important then the reviews I can find at Gamefaqs .

EDIT: here is a proper submission for the other jobs : Neat , may I sign up ?

I am online often , I am not too busy (I can do like 5 things at once ) , and I know how to read what you see at the back of a game box (like "explore levels while leveling up ...") and I take good snapshots (want to see a sample then PM me ) , and I am pretty much a geek and stuff at computers so I can do a bit of helping the others out but I may need a snapshot or video of the problem , main reason I can't solve Chronabis problem in the retro game room forum .

didowe, he wants content from Vizzed only, meaning he wants us to write our own reviews. If he wanted he could ask the future RGR staff to just go to Gamefaqs and get reviews that way, but that isnt want he wants. While he does want bug testers, the fact of the matter is just about anybody could test a game, but it takes some skill to write a high quality review, so don't go around bashing the people who want to be game reviewers when you don't even know whats going on.

also, David already addressed my problem on MSN, and he said that its something to do with the emulator itself and that i needed to contact Tom760 to solve my problem. Furthermore, I already posted all the information that a screenshot would have provided, so posting one would just be a waste of time.
