What exactly do you mean, you mean putting images in posts?
There are 2 ways to do that.

You can use the Vizzed image uploader to put one image into a post.
Just click the Browse box next to "Picture Attachment" when you make a post and select the file you want to upload.
Put in your post in the box then click Submit Reply.
With that method the only file types allowed are .jpg .jpeg .gif or .png and must be below 200 KB's in size.

The other way is to use html or bbcode tags.
Say you wanted to put the Vizzed banner in a post for some reason.
You would use a code like the following one:
[img]https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/images/banner.jpg[/img]
This only works with pictures already on the internet.
