Pokémon White Version 2. Only 3 words can describe one of my favorite video games and my favorite Pokémon game: PLAY THIS NOW! The Unova region, 2 years after the events of Pokémon Black and White. This one sentence can only describe the story, so let's jump right into this.

GRAPHICS: 8/10
The graphics look amazing. Many of the graphics look like they may be ripped from the GBA, but others use what the DS could do, making this game look like Paper Mario. The battle sprites show (mostly) what the attacks are supposed to look like. However, the graphics aren't exactly flawless. *cough* *cough* glitches *cough* *cough* surfing on trees. Wow, I think I might be getting a cold from ALL THESE GLITCHES!

SOUND: 9/10
The music can easily get stuck in your head. With each gym having a remix of the classic theme that fits the personality/Pokémon type of the Gym Leaders, as well as the PWT having remixes of previous battle themes depending on the challenge, this game's music is so awesome, whenever you hear the music, you realize, "Oh, I know that song! It's obviously <INSERT SONG FROM B2/W2 HERE>!"

ADDICTIVENESS: 10/10
There's something about this game that makes me want to play it over and over again. There were so many legendary Pokémon in this game (though I wish it could add more), so much stuff to do post-game, and the challenge of filling out the Pokedex is, well, challenging.

STORY: 10/10
As I mentioned before, this game takes place after the events of Pokémon Black and White (hence the 2). Team Plasma is back and plan to freeze the Unova region with Kyurem's ice. It's up to you, your rival, Cheren, and Bianca to save the Unova region from Team Plasma's return. That may be easier said than done, but luckily the Swords of Justice are here to help.

DEPTH: 9/10
This game doesn't have much to do post-game. It doesn't have that much Pokémon to catch. But at least it is a very big game. Legendaries from generations 3 and 4 appear here, such as Heatran and Latias. The game has a lot to offer, so play it yourself to find out everything it has to offer. But if there is one thing this game has in depth, it would be the amount of Boldores in the caves (they seem to replace the threat of Zubats).

DIFFICULTY: 7/10
This game isn't that hard to control (unlike Sonic '06). But that doesn't mean the game is hard. Team Plasma can be a struggle, as well as the PWT and the Battle Subway (no, not that kind of Subway you sandwich lover)). Heck, I even had a hard time beating Elesa (that stupid Emolga. I should've picked Tepig instead of Snivy.), but it doesn't there. The E4 was pretty hard (mostly because my first Pokémon was a Cobalion), but I had no problem beating Iris.

SUMMARY:
I love this game so much. It would make it on my Top 10 list, but, like all games, it isn't flawless. For that reason, I'll give this game a total of 9.8/10.
