colBoh : I would try playing the game using the 1964 Plugin first. Have you tried using this yet? This plugin allows you to assign the controls by double clicking on the screen which brings up the menu.

If you switched to Mupen64Plus because the 1964 Plugin does not work for you, then the only way you can enter any key bindings is to download a program called Xpadder which allows you to customize your keyboard key bindings and assign them to a PC controller. I'm not sure if this is the only method but it is what I went with when I was having trouble with the controls for the Mupen64Plus plugin.

However, now I have another problem: every time I hit Spacebar, the game's audio speeds up, and I use Spacebar for the Z trigger. Any recommendations for that other than, "don't use the Spacebar?"

Also, there seems to be some strange graphic issue. For example, on the Toad's Turnpike track, the textures for the cars appear blurry, and the textures for the railings don't pop in until I drive by them. Anything I can do about that?

Also, (but this isn't too big of a deal, but if you know how to fix it, please tell me), I'm using one of those keyboards that has separate buttons for volume control, and every time I press one of those buttons, the game abruptly closes. Any suggestions?
