You can make your own character and there is no limit in how many characters you can have, you can choose every race but you can’t make your own race. You get start power that always consists of 800 points at the beginning, you can use your start power to choose between 4 factors, being …

Attack – this determines how hard you can punch and kick (costs start power)
Defence – this determines how much attacks you can take of both Ki and Melee (costs start power)
Ki – this determines how strong your Ki blasts are (costs start power)
Agility – this determines how fast you are and how good you are at flying and running (costs start power)

Wisdom – determines how smart your character is, can be between 1 (not smart at all) or 300 (very smart) doesn’t cost start power and can’t get multiplied by transformations unlike the other 4.

Transformations are allowed and you can take every transformation of your race (per example as a Saiyan you can have all ssj forms, 1 2 3 4 and god). When you make a character, you need to give him a backstory. You can’t make your character too OP, you can make some new attacks as long as it isn’t too overpowered. You can be evil or good at your own choice. Don’t insult other people and have fun with this.

Anyway here’s my character.

First character – Saiyan/android Kapoto

As kid Kapoto died when Frieza destroyed planet Vegeta. His body was found a few years later by a scientist who turned him into an android to revive him, because his emotions have been kept intact he is childish and sees fighting as an game, he is not destructive but is forced by his creator to kill races to sell their planet, he has good intentions but is forced to do evil things. He keeps up with his creator as an thank you, he is mentally 10 and physically 7. He has destroyed a few races and planets, he doesn’t yet have the ssj transformation.
