Wild 9 is a 2-d one player side-scrolling action adventure game in a 3-d-ish environment ,published by interplay entertainment, developed by shiny entertainment  for the sony playstation one, created in the late nineteen nineties of the year nineteen-ninety-eight in the winter of october.Play as the character "Wex" in this mission to save your friends who are all held somewhere trapped without guidance to escape and have their freedom out of the enemy territories .As you save your friends later in the levels as you progress, not only will you be able to save them, but will actually help you go further throughout the level till you reach your exit, each character that is wex's friend has a different ability ,weither it's blowing enemies up ,blowing doors open,or even carrying an allie on your back along with a machine gun,and many more abilities from other allies as you progress on the journey. And also in this mission quest, you will have to save wex's girlfriend from a massive formidible villain boss named "Karn" in the last level. The character hero "Wex" is simply a comical chill out style dude who has sort of an electric force on his arm which only works to grab enemy robots making them vulnerable but doesn't really terminate them though, the way to terminate enemy robots is to swing them back and forth pressing left and right as you press and hold the [square] button slamming them to the ground till they blow up.Also besides slamming them ,there are also a lot of creative ways to terminate them as well, using whatever is meant for traps in the environments of all the levels throughout the game, but be careful you don't get wex hurt in those traps .Sometimes in between levels ,you will also get mini-levels such as the "light armada" where you get to fly in his red land speeder,or even drop ,and go down a long path fighting enemy robots in mid air ,slamming them into the walls,or having them get hit by whatever comes up as you're falling ,which you have to dodge by the way, surviving the fall, till there are no more enemy robots to terminate ,which will be shown on the top right of the screen of how many robots are left, then afterwards, you'll reach the bottom using a safe parachute that will automatically set up itself.Wex can only use his electric force and jump ,only two buttons as if it was an oldscool nintendo game with (A) and (B) like the old controller ,but it's (square) for the electric force and (X) for jump. All the other buttons on the playstation controller is no use for anything ,meaning the game doesn't really have much to offer playing as wex ,except for when you find heat seeking missiles or grenades which then, makes the circle button useful until you run out of missiles or grenades.Every time you grab missiles, grenades or energy in the levels ,he will always say a quote weither it irritates you or doesn't, with short quotes such as "That's Cool!" or "Oh Yeah!" and even says "Wexelent!" every time he gets himself something .Your energy will simply be a heart at the top left of your screen ,that darkens little by little after taking some damage. The soundtrack of this game is pretty decent, the graphics are well designed for an old school playstation one game, and in my opinion ,wild 9 is a pretty fun game if you're one of the old school gamer's who appreciate these type of graphics ,game play and just enjoy the straight up style of video-game adventures such as the video-game called "Earthworm Jim" also developed by shiny entertainment which reminds me of this game ,then it's always a fun game to relive your memories and go old school every now and then. The game really doesn't take days ,or weeks to finish,it can actually be finished the same day you're playing ,way less than two hours .It's also a game that really isn't that easy though ,but also is not  that hard and can be figured out if any trouble .Pretty well balanced in difficulty. Wild 9 as i see it,even though it didn't make it too far as being "successful " in the playstation library ,seeing that the game never really came out with any sequels ,never remade the old version at least, and barely have not  even been talked about much, which is one of those "Forgotten titles" wild 9 was one of those types of games in the late nineties that was one of the most creative games that introduced video-game fans to a new era of gaming .Even though wild 9 lacks a massive huge amount of whatever modern day video-games have today, wild 9 is a game simply for old school gamer's who understand the deal with the limited graphics, whatever limits, and any other flaw, and have been there, ever since the beginning of the playstation.I would have prefered cinematic scenes to add more story to it,but unfortunetly ,no introduction or anything at all.To top it off,Wild 9 is not a PERFECT game, but it's on my list of one of the best playstation one side-scrollers.Overall:5.9

You could have done a lot better with this one because of the formatting, it's just one paragraph, but other than that, the length itself is good and you put in a good amount of details. I never played this game though, so I don't know much about it, but it doesn't really look like it could be my type of game.

Understood! getting better little by little and thanks! as for wild 9 for playstation,it really is not a game that is recomended for everyone,it's just one of those types of games that has few fans, and could have had more, if the game had a lot more features ,but nonetheless,it's an okay game ,Not really all that great, but fair.
