Imagine Dragons -- Night Visions
Owl City -- Ocean Eyes
Third Day -- Come Together
TobyMAC - Welcome to Diverse City
Barlow Girl -- Another Journal Entry
Evanescence -- Fallen

...and there are more but I can't think of album names off the top of my head, which is annoying.

This is easy, The black parade by My Chemical Romance. Its such a shame that they broke up though. I love their music and I wish they would come back together, But oh well.

Hun, I am surprised I never answered that thread.

My all-time favorite album is Smash by The Offspring. It contains my favorite song of all time (Not the One) but also one of the only relief available to me in my late teens to express of the anger I had.

Not too far behind is Stranger than Fiction by Bad Religion I discovered the album right around the same time as Smash. This is the group's best album.

Finally, another good album from my late teens is Penguins and (?) by Millencollin. Their titles usually had nothing to do with the choir, I still liked their joyous beat. The Ballad was especially good .

looba : FNM is a great band. X3 Angel dust was my favorite album w/ Mike Patton (89-current singer).
We Care a Lot is my favorite Chuck Mosley FNM album (83-88)... ^^

If I had to choose a favorite album of ALL time... Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here...
I really hope everyone has heard of Pink Floyd... If not, you're messin' up... =P jk

With the way USA pop culture pushes everything "new", i often worry that
great music from the past is being forgotten by today's youth. =(
Katy Perry/Miley Cyrus/Lady Ga-Ga ain't got poop on Ann/Nancy Wilson. =)

This is an incredibly tough question. I have a lot of albums that I love to death, but I think I'm gonna have to go with Dark Before Dawn by Breaking Benjamin. It has a nice mix of rock and metal, varied songs, and combined BB's signature sound to the crunchiness of Dear Agony. There's not a single song on there that I don't like. It really is a 10/10 album

Honorable mentions: A Sense of Purpose by In Flames, The Mindsweep by Enter Shikari, and Shadowmaker by Apocalyptica just to name a few

lordbelial669 : Very true, the album version is a great one, but in my opinion the live version than they performed in the End of an Era concert is the best.

This is a tough one since there are so many good bands out there that are worthy of praise.  I will just give a few that are exceptional.

Misfits: Walk Among US
Death: Symbolic
Old Man's Child: both Ill (iLL) Natured Spiritual Invasion and Revelation 666
Cradle of Filth: Cruelty and the Beast
Morbid Angel: Formulas Fatal to the Flesh
Rotting Christ: Triarchy of Lost Lovers

My favorite album from a band is History Repeating: Red from The Megas. They do Mega Man tribute covers with their own lyrics, and they make the story come out so much more than the games ever could. The did Hard Man, Gemini Man, Needle Man, and Shadow Man, along with a few Wily Stages, the Stage Select, the Weapon Get, and the Credits themes.
