I really like the NLCS Giants vs Cardinals. It should be a good series. I can see it going to 6 or 7 games. I also think the games will be low scoring. 

I also like the ALCS Royals vs Orioles. Both teams have good pitching. I would really like to see the Orioles in a World Series though. I think that would be awesome

I'm just glad that neither the A's or Angels won a single postseason game.

FYI, the Mariners probably would have fared much better than both teams against KC in the playoffs. M's were 5-2 against the Royals this season, while the A's were 2-5 and the Angels were 3-3.

   Who could have seen the Royals sweeping their way through everybody to get to the World Series? Well, here they are. And the other Wild Card team, the Giants, made it to the end as well. And although I don't see a sweep, I think Kansas City is going to win. They're just on a huge roll right now, and I don't think that the Giants will be able to stop them.

Not that I care. Seattle was one game out of the playoffs. Even though I didn't expect them to make a deep playoff run if they had had made it, but I would have gone to a game as an early birthday present from my Mom. 


So, the Giants ended up winning 4 games to 3 games. As I didn't really follow the playoffs, I can't say much about it. But, it was an interesting World Series. Would have personally have liked for the Royals to win it in 6 though.

Where as I could never really get myself to hate the Royals all year, even when they took the lead over the Tigers, the Giants are the team I would have wanted to see win the least, besides maybe the Cardinals. Well Bumgarner put on a hell of a show. Longest save in World Series history, lowest career World Series ERA, one of the youngest players ever to win 3 world series. Broke the record for most innings in one Postseason with 48.2. He was spectacular throughout the entire postseason and I hope that he can get even better.

Nobody could do anything against that man. I knew that if the game was still tied near the end, he would come out and eventually shut the Royals down, and that is exactly what happened. 5 scoreless innings...absolutely unbelievable!

Congrats to the Giants on a third championship in 5 years!
