The Tony Hawk video game series is one of the best game series of all time in my opinion, and with no doubt the best skateboarding series. Tony Hawk Proving Ground is similar to the classics of the series we all know and love such as Tony Hawk's Pro skater 3 and Tony Hawk Project 8 and Tony Hawk Underground. The game has a lot more tricks than the original games. It has everything from Grinds, Grabs, Flips, Natas Spins, Transfers, Manuals, Special Tricks, and now you can even perfect your  tricks. It mostly maintains the controls we are used to: Cross  to accelerate, Triangle  to grind, Square to  perform a flip trick, and circle  to perform a grab trick. Press L1 and R1 to get off your board, a feature in the newer games that we've had since Project 8. We can also perfect tricks, a feature which was originally included in Project 8, but now works better. To perfect a trick, jump into the air, then press L3 and R3 simultaneously, then push the analogue sticks in the direction you want to kick the board and hold it until the board is back into the position to land it. If you mess up, press square to bail and get back up faster. To manual like in the classic games, press up then down. However, manuals now have the feature included in new games where if you press combinations of buttons you can perform more special manuals. You can also Natas Spins on cone shaped objects. To spin on the object, jump on it and press triangle + R1. You  can also transfer between quarter pipes. To transfer, press R2. One new control introduced in the game is that while you are skating, you can press R1 to kick forward rd and gain speed. Keep pressing R1 with good rhythm to gain even more speed. Another new feature is the ability to create objects to trick off of. You can do this by pressing the select button and then selecting an object and placing it. You can customize your character to look however you want. The game has many goals to do. There are grinding goals where you have to grind for a certain distance, there are manual challenges where you have to manual for a certain amount of time, there are line challenges where you must trick off certain objects all in a single combo. There are also goals where you need to build objects to trick off of. There are also goals where you need to get a high score or combo to impress professional skaters. There are also arcade machines which either have high score goals or the classic ten goal in 2 minutes mode from the classic Tony Hawk Pro Skater games. The game also features a 2-Player feature where you can play several modes - Free Skate, where you just skate around with not goals, Horse - A skating twist on the old baseball games, one player creates a combo, then the other player creates a combo. Whoever has a lower combo gets a letter. Whoever spells horse first loses. There is also Trick Attack where you see who can get the higher score in a certain amount of time. There is also graffiti mode where players trick off objects to turn them their color, either blue or red. Whoever has more objects of their color by the end of the time limit wins. This game introduced a feature where you can connect to an online server and skate with other players, which is a nice addition to the game. Another customization feature is your skate lounge, where you can setup your own area to skate around in. The game play is very nice. The camera angle is not direct behind which takes a bit of getting used to, but it's actually a nice angle. The manual and grinds are no longer a semicircle, but a line which you have to keep centered on the screen. The game features plenty of real skaters such as Tony Hawk (obviously), Andrew Reynolds, Bam Margera and Rodney Mullen. It also has a return of  the fictional character Eric Sparrow, the rival who pretended to be a friend in Tony Hawk Underground. The game also features non-skater MCA Adam Yauch of Beastie Boys as an honor to him, as he had recently died of cancer before the game was released. The game also features fictional character Judy Nails from the rhythm music video game series Guitar Hero. The game has an amazing soundtrack, well chosen by Tony Hawk himself. It features Bad Brains, Beastie Boys, Bloc Party, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, The Clash, and the rolling stones and many more amazing musical artists. The graphics of this game are far superior to the other Tony Hawk games, and it feels extremely realistic. The game is very addictive and I am definitely going to play it more. However, the game is far more difficult than any other game in the series, which is a bit of a turn off for me, but it's great if you're up for the challenge of beating the game with Sick scores on every challenge. The game has a lot to offer and I definitely recommend it. Overall I give it an 8.5. Not the best Tony Hawk game, but not bad.

I remember playing this game on the PS2, or maybe it was an XBOX 360.

But, let me give you some advice here on when you are doing a review: Use some punctuation, and organize your review. This... thing you wrote, it reads like a giant run-on sentence to me, and I got confused and lost about half of the way through.

I guess what I am trying to say is work on your punctuation, and how you write it up. Make it so where people can understand what you are trying to say.

BeaglePuppy1234 : You might also want to use a different layout for when you make long posts because it can get a little hard to read.
What you put in the review itself is good, and as for the game, I lvoe it. The Tony Hawk series in general is my 2nd favorite sports game series of all time because it's so much fun.
