I wanted to present an to remake Twilight Princess as something more interesting, taking ideas from a few other games.

Would you be interested?

Okay then!

Just put this game into your Wii or Nintendo Gamecube, use a GC controller if you wish! As the game loads up, the first thing that you will notice is the the Title Screen is sompletely different, showing Hyrule field shilst it is nice and sunny out, with Link, Hero's Shade. Rusle. The other resistance fighters from the game that "helped" you, and Dark Link looking down at them from atop a rock near the entrance to Kakariko village.

You press start, welcome to the the new file select. It. You can see that the names of four different stories, and a % of how much each story is complete

Hero

Dark

Resurection

Resistance

Selecting this new file, more info is displayed about the storys

Hero character unlocked:

Link

Dark:

Dark Link

Resurrection:

Hero's Shade

Resistance

locked.

In eagerness you select Hero's Shade which captures your eye!

- cutscene -

The game begins with a golden wolf running through the mist. He's running somewhere he is desperately needed. And has he comes to the top of an incline. He sees his calling.

Hyrule Castle.

Under attack by Twilitic beings.
He turns from a wolf to Hero's Shade, and the camera is placed behind him.

You have control of Hero's Shade, and every single secret techniques at your disposal!

Something new appears on the HUD.

It shows the Hylian symbol and a number-62 and a Twilitic Symbol with a number-127

Allies and enemy count.

You must defend Hyrule castle at all costs! get into the castle and defeat the in pouring enemies.

Once the last enemy has fallen. A cutscene ensues. Apparently no one can See Hero's Shade. but Hero's shade looks up to the main tower.

BOOOOOOMM

A swriling vortex opens up and Twilitic troops begin to invade it!

You gain control of Hero's Shade again. You climb up the tower, fighting off bigger and badder Twili. Finally, once you come to the top, you see. . .

Him. . .

Zant.

He slowly walks through the main doors. In this cutscene, Hero's Shade Charges Zant from behind, but smacks into an twili wall created by Zant just as he finishes walking through the doors. The cutscene ends with The camera moving into the main room where the last of the soldiers make their defense of princess Zelda, as Zant cooly strides in. The camera continues to move out the window and show Hyrule Castle in it's defeated state.

Endmark.

You are offered to save, and are also proppted with a message saying "Dark Story is not playable" You do so and quit to the title screen. Seeing that Dark Link is unlocked just as the message displayed, you eagerly choose to play as him!

This cutscene start out strange. Set in the darkest of dungeons in the palace of Twili.

A great lord is being held Captive.

Gannondorf.

Orange glowing chains clasped around his wrists.

We barely see the Shadow of a new figure overstanding him in this cell as we hear a cool dark laugh.

Zant.

"I am surprised by your unrevealing of your true motives. But I assure you. . . . you're real motives here will be revealed.

My eyes are not blind. I see the symbol on your cape, indeed, you are a light dweller. . . .

I despise such. . .

But fear not. My scribes are searching our records. I will soon have the antidote to your misgiven power. . . "

Zant turns around with his two, tall, twilitic guards and walks off.

"You can be sure of it. . . I did not usurp the throne witlessly as you have entered our peaceful world."

Gannondorf looks up angrly as Zant leaves. . .

Once Zant is gone, he looks up and calls

"Servant! Help me! Your lord demands it! Find. . . a solution. . . before my tim is nigh!"

Gannondorf looks down and lets his head hang. It's hard to move when you're chained up the way he was.

Nothing.

but wait.

Black.

A dark dust.

Emitting from the ground in front of him.

In slowly raises into a figure that looks like Link.

Once all the mater is complete, the textures sink in.

It is Dark Link.

He smiles, but then frowns upon seeing his masters state. He bows, tipping his head to slightly see his master Gannondorf's expression.

"I made you. . . . to destroy link. . . . . . but you failed. Yet I have waited long for the time to use you again. . . now you are healed, and I have called you back. Go, You know what to do. Now leave, and save me. . . from my doom!"

Dark Link gets up. And with a slight smirk and tip of his head. He leaves.

You get to play as him roaming around the dungeon of the Palace of Twili, playing much like Link, except you would have the ability to warp for Magic points or become invisible. You can also warp right behind an enemy who struck you if you warp right after taking damage.

You use your stealth abilities to get around the dungeon, and leave.

To the world of Light.

Here your real quest. . .

begins!

I'm not going any further, but does this sound like a Zelda game that you'd really like to play?

Dark knight of the blackened sun. I am Sword Legion, one of many. My mask is thick, and my armor is strong. All the more necessary in a world such as this. . .

I'd SO want to play this! It's like you've taken the best bits from Hyrule Warriors with large scale battles. Sonic Adventure's multiple interlocking stories, and Twilight Princess' pure amazing, and rolled them into one giant ball of everything a fan could want!

You totally should work for Nintendo, or at least pitch ideas to them.

Spoiler:
There just needs to be a Tingle storyline now and it will be complete.

I wonder what the character limit on this thing is.

Thanks user!

You're the best!

I was actually comparing the Zelda series, and kinda thinking about how it could be more like Sonic, and this came to mind. Hence the Sonic Adventure influence.

This really is what I would want to see in a Zelda game. XD I mean, really, then I may actually play it again. ^^'

Another Idea was to have Rusl help you rescue Colin and the other kids captured by the Bokoblins. Ect.

Dark Link's Story is the one that would be the most interesting to do. I would write the whole game out, but I don't really have time for that. I would actually have Gannondorf Killed, and his triforce piece given to Zant, including the scene where Zant comes back and says:

"So. . . my scribes have uncovered the source of you're power. . .

you cannot hide it from me. . . .

*pulls out a long twilitic blade out of dark matter*

"Whoever kills the one who has the power of the gods. . ."

Zant stabs Gannondorf causing his eyes to go white. Immediately, Dark Link, who is in Hyrule Field leans over and clutches his stomach. He feels what has happened.

". . . Will take it from their grasp!" Says Zant as the Triforce of power falls into his right hand.

He gives a dark laugh as the imprisoned corpse of Gannondorf lies there. The Triforce of power floats out of his hand and places itself in front of Zant. The Twilight lord then extends his arm and the Triforce moves into his hand before he can even touch it.

Dark Link Then slowly looks up with determination at this telepathic realization.

He knew though. . . that this was not the end. . .

He could revive Gannondorf. . .

Just like he had always done in the past.

Man I love story telling. sorry. XD

This scene would come about "2" levels into the "Dark" Story.

Gannondorf would eventually be revive and escaped to the light world, (Maybe Dark Link would cause his dead body to suddenly spawn alive out of some magical fountain. And he would be alive again. Then You could play as Gannondorf, go to the northern tribes of the Darknauts. GAnnondorf would apoint one as his general. He would summon the lizafos, the Bokoblins. He'd tell them "Follow me, the land Hylia took from you long ago will be yours again!"

They all rally around him in and cheer.

And you'd Attack Hyrule castle. . .

Ant the story may turn out REALLY different from the original Twilight Princess. XD XD

I really like a lot of how this sounds too. I wouldn't really want to play as Dark Link or Gannondorf personally unless it was multiplayer, but it's something I could still enjoy if it were included. And pitting them against Zant and his armies does blur the lines a bit, which is something we don't see enough of in games. Rarely is a person's motives both 100% selfless and 100% unbiased. Indeed, the "bad guys" in a real life situation often have "right" reasons for what they do. I mean really, how often does a bad guy know he's the bad guy?

And I too felt a little blending of the actual good elements of Hyrule Warriors in the gameplay ideas, and I loved it. If they could balance that with genuine Zelda style fighting and gameplay, it would be one of the best Zelda games ever.

Oh, and I completely agree with user's spoilers.

Eirinn :

yeah, I took what I wanted out of TP, and put it here basically. Too bad I didn't get to talking about what I wanted Rusle and the other people that were part of his "resistance". but I wass running out of time and had to work on my PC game. (it's coming together so fast.)

It kinda sucks that they pretty much only showed up to destroy a bunch of baddies in one scene instead of acting as assisting AI, who help you through the second half of the dungeon.

I still have to tell you about the potential dumped content in TP. . . and the unused Zora masks. . .

spoiler:

I h8 Tingle, but enjoyed watching link shoot wooden versions of his head in the Parralel world's hack.

XD

2 cool to hide spoilers bro. 8) XD
