What are some of the best and worst true story films ever? These can included: War, Political, Crime, Sport etc.

(Some of the movies are not being judge by accuracy to the events, but rather as movies themselves)

The best:
Blue Caprice- effective thriller about the 2002 snipers in Washington.
Glory- Amazing story about the 54th Massachusetts
Gettysburg- Epic story about the 3-day battle
The Perfect Storm
Thirty Seconds over Tokyo
Ed Wood

Worst:
Patch Adams- Just watch Nostalgia Critic's review to see why
Ulli Lommel's BTK Killer- A no-budget Saw rip-off (The director has made 17 movies about real life serial killers!)

The Damned United a movie about Brian Clough 44 day as Leeds United manager where it shows how he came to be their manager and then moving on to Nottingham Forrest where he beats Leeds thus given the name Damned United as he hated Leeds.

United (2011) it is a BBC film so I am not sure if anyone can watch it outside of the UK but you can try online. It is about Manchester United during the Busby Babes era in the 1950's where Man U where competing in the European Cup and the Football League and it covers the Munich Air Disaster where Manchester United plane crashed after taken off from Munich. 23 dies which included some of the players and supporters. Only 21 survived including the famous Bobby Charlton. It is worth a watch even if you are not into soccer.

Can't think of any bad movies based on true stories off the top of my head.
