Going to review this game, after had so must playing, and addicted for the past 3 days, though to say what my thoughts on it...also to give an excuse to have extra comments to report for bugs...not really sure where else to. lol Also warning, it may include spoilers.
Graphics: It's mostly about the same as fire-red/left-green. Nothing to special, besides unique map layout, and few cut-scenes. The cut-scenes are pretty creative, but the graphics over-all not something too special. I have no complains, but should to note. Also note: there are some graphics glitches here and there, but most of the time not game break-in.
Sound: Sound take mostly to the same of original game. I think there is some unique theme here and there, mostly for rivals or importation(sp) people. Nothing really special going on here.
Addictiveness: Pok?mon hacks tent to be very easy to get addicted do to different Pok?mon to raise, that you can't normally in normal Pok?mon games. Give a new twist..but..most of the time either difficulty too high, or story is..meh, that ruins addictions. To me at least. This game does have some difficulty, but not too far to stop you playing, and the story is very good. The story is the main part of addiction in it. Story explains more why. There are different Pok?mon to find, and the new map style make it feel fresh. New chance of pace, good story, good Pok?mon, not too hard, it easy to get into and keep playing.
Story: The story is the biggest thing you will notice in the game. If you don't care for story, you might not fully enjoy it. The game leaves you with chooses that will chance the story line, different paths you can take, different personalities you can have your character being. It very well written, and chooses are well time and placed. Three personalities, and Three career must not seem must, but each one does have character that intersing..or at least the events are. It keeps you engage and wanting more. The options to choose feel there are plenty of, and not too must of at any point of the game. Overall if you love story, it worthwhile to play, or keep a eye for it to be finish.
Difficulty: You start with an fakemon..make the game easy? Nope. The fakemon make the early parts of the game easier, but you do need to get other Pok?mon and grinding. Things do cost more, you do get less money, getting poke-balls early might be hassle, but at least you get the vs seeker early to gain some levels or money. Most people might find it harder if they try to get the gym badges as soon they can, most of the time you would want to continue your jounary(sp?) before returning. They ain't require, but handy to help level your Pok?mon. Besides gyms, after you become able to get to Pok?mon Up to level 50 obey you thing, things will get harder. The game requires some grinding, but tents to be well worth it, with the vs seeker or tripoke challenge you just unlocked make grinding not too must of an issue.
Overall, I personally love and enjoy the game, since the story is great, and the battles are a bit difficult but not over-all so. It be worth to wait for it be completely finish.
