Now, oddly enough there aren't any other reviews for this, and this may never be read. Anyway... GRAPHICS: Let's jump in, shall we? This game looks very pleasing, since it has Generation 3 trainer sprites mixed in with Generation 4-quality buildings and other textures. SOUND: The soundtrack is none other than the regular Emerald soundtrack, but this is by no means bad--the creator made sure that the tracks all fit the locations well.ADDICTIVENESS: I found myself strangely caught up in this game due to the more-intriguing-than-an-actual-Pokemon-game story, and the desire to see it through. I was not disappointed, due to the fun combinations you can set up for your team going into the Elite Four.STORY: I mentioned that the story is abnormal for a Pokemon game. This is because there's a bit of a subplot going on that, while not adding anything really at all to the urgency of the plot, it gives that a nice attempt. So I suppose I applaud it for that.DEPTH: Thankfully, the region (Tunod, Donut backwards--perhaps why the game is called Glazed?) is completely unique and original, and presents a fun challenge in every city. I found myself decently wrapped up in the progression of my character, and was quite happy when I'd finally busted through the final battle.DIFFICULTY: The reason this is 6 is due to the fact that the first three Gym Leaders present quite a challenge, and there's not much to grind with. Fortunately, with strategy the first two can be taken down, and the third has an almost broken way of training you up beforehand if you care to use it. After the first three, however, every other boss in the game is a breeze. The only one that presented any sort of challenge was the Champion, but even kings can be overtaken, right?OVERALL: I give this game a 9.3 overall for its decent attempt at a story, fine graphical style, and for giving me a desire to keep playing. Thanks for reading!
