Mega Man V for game boy walk through
Having a hard time with the stardroids are you getting too aggravated with Mega Man V. Well don't get aggravated anymore tornadocam is going to blow those robot masters away . Okay not really but I am going to guide you on how to defeat them in this walk through. Before I begin the walk through I think it should be noticed that you can buy items from Dr. Light. To get to the store. Simply press select on the stage select screen. P-chips are the currency and you can revisit stages to get them.
I also have a difficulty scale I will be using in this walk through to rate the stages and bosses
1-2 Easy
3 Slightly difficulty
4-5 moderate Difficulty
6-7 Difficult
8-10 Very Difficult

Boss Order. The Boss order in this game
is not as complex if one stardroid is giving you trouble go to the next one.
But here is the order I like to go in.
First Set.
Mercury
Venus
Neptune
Mars
Second Set-I have two orders I go for
this one
Jupiter
Saturn
Pluto
Uranus.
Pluto
Uranus
Saturn
Jupiter
So here we go with the walk through

Mercury Stage (difficulty Rating 3/10)-Proceed right take out the owl that you
see. If you do not it will swarm you. Jump across the pit and avoid the falling
trash. Jump on the conveyor belts and continue right. If trash falls on the
belt just blast it with a charged shot. Jump more pits and take out more owls.
You will then come to a shaft take out the trash spitting enemy on the right
before falling down it but hang a right to get the p-chips. You will notice
another shaft. What you want to do is fall down the center if you just jog a
little bit you will land on death spikes. If you did it correctly you will land
on the conveyor belt so just make a right. Your new enemy is a Met on top of a
machine with a buzz saw. Just take out the Met and then jump because the buzz
saw won’t be taken out. Your next enemy is an enemy that just likes to disappear
and reappear trying to land on you just take it out. Then just climb a few
ladders climb down a few ladders and take out the buzz mets along the way.
Next, you have the crusher room just avoid getting crushed and take out trash
spitting enemies to proceed not too difficult. Climb a few ladders dodge the
rock enemies and take them out. The next room just has rock enemies that crush
rocks at you, falling trash, and more owls to take out. Then it is on to
Mercury Room. Mercury (difficulty rating 2/10) Mercury is fairly easy but there is one thing do not let him hit you.
He can steal items from you with his weapon. He has a pretty easy pattern. He
splits into liquid balls of himself just jump them and when he reforms blast
him with a charged shot repeat and he goes down quickly. So Mercury’s stage is
not that hard it can be slightly tricky due to the falling trash and pits.
Mercury is pretty easy to get locked into a pattern.

Venus Stage (difficulty 4/10)-Now this stage is more difficulty than the Mercury
stage. You will notice they are bubbles that look like soap bubbles on the
ceiling and later the floor. That is this stages gimmick. The first enemy you will
meet is a soap enemy that looks like the harmless bubbles, they will drop down
from the ceiling just shoot them not too hard to take out. The first two rooms
just have a few ladders and the soap enemies just avoid the spikes. Now you
meet a new enemy after climbing the first set of ladders. The wasp enemies can
be a pain because if they sting you then you will have a few seconds were you
can’t move as fast. So the best thing to do is lead them to where you can shoot
them down. After the top of the ladder you will see a crab enemy. The crab
enemies try to trap you in their bubbles to send you into spikes. If you get
caught in one simply slide to get out. The first crab you can take out from a
distance. Now for another gimmick in this stage before crossing the pits you
will notice a bubble falling down wait before jumping. Because a rush of water
comes falling down after, if you jump while water is falling down its down to
the pit you go. So wait till after the water has fallen to proceed. For the
next part just carefully jump the pits after the water has fallen, take out the
crab enemies and the soap enemies. The next enemy is a propeller type enemy,
shoot it splits into halves shoot it again and it does the same thing. So just
keep shooting it and get rid of the halves and then proceed up the ladders. The
next room has owls with fans in them. The fan owls will either push you away
with air or move you toward them with air in hopes you land on the spikes. Just
dash and shoot to take them out. If you can collect the small e-parts when you
get 4 of them you get an Energy Tank. The next ladder will require you to dodge
the waterfall just climb up do not bother with the split half enemy just ignore
him. Heading down the ladders all that is there is crabs and wasps so deal with
them as you did before. The new room at the bottom is tricky you have bubbles
on the floor. The bigger bubbles make you jump higher. What you want to also do
is take out the wasps and avoid the spikes will bouncing around. The next room
has crabs and waterfalls so just deal with them before. The next bubble room is
where things get dicey. In the middle of the next bounce room is spikes
carefully jump to avoid the spikes in the center of the room and on the
ceiling. Next avoid more waterfalls and crabs to reach Venus’s room. Venus (difficulty rating 4/10) Venus is more difficulty than Mercury because he jumps and his weapon is a bomb. Here is the best way to beat him when he jumps slide under him and blast him avoid his bombs then repeat. He will eventually go down. This stage and Venus offered
some tricky spots, you have the waterfalls but the thing that gave me the
trouble the most was the two bouncing rooms. Venus he likes to jump and fire
his bubble bomb so sometimes you can be cornered

Neptune Stage (difficulty level 4/10) Before you take on this stage I
recommend getting one of the Mega Arm enhancements if you do not have enough
p-chips go back to the mercury stage to collect them and repeat. Okay on to
Neptune’s stage. Now for the first rooms gimmick a sub-marine that moves up and
down. The first enemy you meet is a Met with a big cannon for its hat. Just
deal with him like you do a regular Met wait till he pops up and then blast
away. Next you will have a stomper enemy he just wants to land on you but he
does a lot of damage if he does. So shoot him with a charged shot to take him
out. The next enemy is a helicopter but the problem is the sub moving up and
down. It can be hard to hit the copter with just regular shots. I recommend using
the bubble bomb because they can reach upward. After shooting down the first
copter the area is just a repeat of the same enemies. Then you have the second
copter just deal with it the way you did the other one. Fall down the shaft and
take out the similar looking enemy to the wasp enemies in the previous stage.
Shoot more Mets with cannons and proceed. Also you probably noticed cracks in
the wall hit one of them and a current of water will come rushing out. The
water has a current to it so do not let it sweep you into the pit. Now we have
a few more Mets and stompers to deal with. Now for another thing that is an
obstacle. The cracks in the flooring now produce steam. The steam will damage
you if comes into contact with you so watch out for that. The next room is in
water, remember you can jump higher avoid the spikes and take out the clap
enemy. After the first water room you have to climb a long ladder just avoid
the steam. Next is the other water room use the same rule and avoid the death
spikes. After the water room just deal with more Mets and Stompers then it is
own to Neptune. Neptune (difficulty rating 4/10) Neptune likes to jump around a lot so if he does slide. He also likes to throw water and cause drops of water to reign down on you. Avoid the water and just blast him. He will jump so more so he is not that bad but
can be tricky as it is sometimes easy for him to land on you. Neptune’s stage
had a lot going on it the moving sub, the water currents, the steam and the
water rooms but it is not that bad. Neptune he can be tricky but he is not too bad.
So this stage and boss is moderate in difficulty


 Mars (Stage Difficulty 6/10) this stage is known for its explosives. The first enemy
we meet is a landmine walk across it and boom. The second enemy also appears it
is a grasshopper enemy that likes to jump and shoot missiles at you. Next you
will see a missile take it out quick. If you do not take the missile out it
goes off and comes back down to home in on you. Fall down the shaft and meet
the armadillo enemy it can not only roll up but it mostly wants to shoot you
with more missiles so take it out quick. Head down the next shaft and deal with
the grasshopper. Next go right and I kid you not take out the gorilla throwing bananas
at you yes you read that right. You then will notice they are elevators coming
out of the ground they can be ridden but beware they will lead to spikes on top
so proceed with caution. Then there are more gorillas to deal with and watch
out for the landmines. Carefully ride the elevators avoid the spikes and head
right. Now for the mini Boss. It is a large cannon with platforms going up and
down in the pits. What you want to do here is avoid the cannon’s shots, get on
the moving platforms and shot the cannon. No need to charge just spam it with
regular shots and it goes down in a reasonable amount of time. After that go to
the right but before you move down you will notice an E-tank just use rush to
collect it, you may need it later. The shaft is a long shaft make a hard right
to avoid the spikes. Now you will land on most likely a mind quickly jump off
and deal with the armadillo. Proceed to shoot the gorillas and you will meet a
new enemy. It just likes to shoot exploding balls at you and jump so it can
easily be taken out. Then you have the mini boss to deal with again. The next
rooms just have more of the same enemies to deal with that you have already
deal with. Eventually you will make it to Mars. Mars (difficulty rating 6/10) Mars can be difficult to beat. He first likes to fire several missiles at you, plant landmines down and move across the room at a fast clip. What you want to do is the missiles take a
little while to fire this is when you attack. Neptune’s weapons works best
against Mars. So this stage was difficulty you had a lot of missiles and mines
in this game. Mars loves to spam you with missiles and mines so this stage was
up in difficulty.


 Dark Moon (Difficulty Rating 2/10) Now Terra remember him, he was the one
that attacked and defeated Mega Man in their first encounter. He is enraged
that you have defeated his comrades. So he sends in dark moon. Dark Moon is
like the devils in past Mega Man games. But he is pretty simple. Just avoid his
pieces when he is moving to the other side. He works a lot like Mercury. When
his eye shows blast him with Mar’s Missiles for a quick win. Not difficulty at
all

Second Half- After Dark Moon is defeated you will be taken to Dr. Lights Lab. Light will be in a panic saying how the star droids have been using Earth’s resources to power
there enemy. Mega Man suggest they go to their home planets and strike. Light
modifies Rush for space flight again. Now here is where I recommend you buy items.
If you do not have the other Mega Arm weapon get it and the energy saver those
are handy. Get a few E-tanks if needed. If you need to go back to stages on the
stage screen just hold down the fire button and you can visit the first 4
stages again.

Pluto Stage (Difficulty rating 7/10)-Now for a catchy stage music. Okay back to
the walk through. First enemy you encounter is a tank met. Shooting it with a
charged shot blasts the tank part away. But you still have a shielded met. What
you want to do is wait till he lifts his shield and fire a charged shot again.
The grab enhancement will do additional damage. Next go down the shaft and
quickly jump off the platform because it will fall onto the spikes then take
out the rock enemy to proceed. The next room has a drill type weapon but if it
hits you it explodes so take it out quickly. The next room just has falling
platforms rock and drill enemies so just take them out quickly. Now you will
see spikes on top of the ceiling and platforms yeah not a good mix time your
jumps but make them quick. The new enemy is a spark weapon it flies down and spams you with electric sparks so get rid of it quickly. The mini boss is a
bore drill type boss. He is not hard when he is visible just blast away and he
goes down quickly. You will notice a ladder is blocked off by a block in the
way, you can’t get that yet but keep that in mind. Later. Now just take out the
tank Met like you did before and head up the ladder. If you want an easy way to
deal with the tank Mets two shots of Neptune’s Weapon takes them out quick too.
Climb the ladder and to get rid of the spark enemy bubble bomb (Venus weapon
takes them out) quickly jump off the platforms and climb the next ladder. For
the next room you want to quickly proceed the ceiling beams now fall and the
floors below you are weak so keep that in mind. Head down the shaft take out
the rock enemies. Deal with more tank Mets, falling platforms and spark enemies
to proceed. Deal with the drill bore boss again. After that Protoman will come
in to give you a recharge item and to open the path to Pluto’s Door. Pluto (difficulty 8/10) Pluto can be a real problem. He is very fast he likes to dash at you, throw Ballade Cracker bombs at you and run into you. The best weapons to use against him are Mercury’s Weapon and the Bubble Bomb Weapon. This stage was difficult. There is a lot of enemy placement in this stage, falling ceilings and platforms and then there is
Pluto himself.


Uranus (Stage Difficulty 8/10) now for a real hectic stage. Fall down the first
shaft take out the seal and you will notice how the wall looks funny. What you
want to do is use rush to get up there. Next use Pluto’s Weapon you have to
charge it Mega Man will dash throw though the blocks the room has an E-tank in
it. Now continue down the shaft to meet the Mini Boss a cat sphinx type
creature. The sphinx loves to cause boulders to drop on you and move the platform
hoping you will land on the spikes. They are two weapons that will take him out
quick. Mar’s Missile weapon or Jupiter’s lightening weapon takes him out quick.
After he is defeated he opens the floor for you to head down. You will notice
how the platforms turn stay on them long and you will roll off. So quickly make
a dash to enter the next room. Next you take out the own next to get rid of
them. The next rooms having platforms coming in from the walls that move to the
other side, the problem lots of death spikes. Just carefully make your way up
to the ladders while avoiding the owl enemies and the spikes. You will notice
items on the top but spikes are around them. If you have the other arm
enhancement just fire and it brings the items to you. Carefully jump off the
rolling platforms to proceed. Before heading down the ladder use rush to climb
up to where the breakable blocks are use Pluto’s dash to breakthrough and get the
stages Jewel. Now you can head down the ladder. Now the next few rooms are the
same as the first, just rolling platforms, birds and seals to deal with so deal
with them like you did before. Now we have another spike room with moving
platforms. The difference is we got to down instead of up but the same
principle applies. The reward for going downward having to face Sphinx two. The
second Sphinx is a problem because the platform is very short and he does what
he tried to do in the first time. Deal with him the same way but pick your
spots carefully this time. Then it is more rolling platforms, owls, and seals
to deal with then to Uranus’s door. Uranus (difficulty rating 6/10) Uranus is big and he does have an instant death attack. His death attack is when he jumps he can cause the ceiling to cave in killing you instantly. He will also throw blocks at you. The best strategy to use is stay close with him or else you will be crushed. You can use his weakness
which is Pluto’s dash weapon or you can use charged shots to take him down.
Uranus’s stage was very hectic the rolling platforms were not fun, the death
spikes made this one hard and then the two Sphinxes made this stage difficult.
Uranus himself can be hard due to the instant death move so beware of that.
Okay now you want to head back to Pluto’s
stage remember the ladder that had a block on top of it. Well now you can use
Uranus’s weapon to lift the block head down that ladder to get Pluto’s jewel.

 Saturn Stage (difficulty rating 4/10) this stage has its problems but it is
more of a breather stage compared to Pluto’s Uranus’s and even Jupiter’s stage.
Head down the shaft use the enhancement to bring the p-chips to you. Now what
this stage is known for you will see the arrows pointing up, which is an
increase in gravity. During the gravity zones you can jump a lot higher and so
can the enemies. The first enemy is a rock enemy just take him out. If the
arrows point down that means you are in a heavy gravity zone and cannot jump.
The next enemy is kind of silly he just flies on top of the screen, drops a few
bullets, and slows down time. You can take him out if you want or just let him
pass. You will fall down a shaft and notice a large pit with a secret passage
on the other side. To get to the secret passage just use rush to jump across.
The secret room contains the jewel to this stage. The jewel can be got in two
ways. The first way is to use the mega arm, if you have the enhancements, to
bring the jewel to you, or you can move blocks with Uranus’s weapon. Now head
back the way you cam and fall down the shaft. Try to land on the platform or
hang a left because half of the floor has death spikes on it. Climb down the
ladder pass through gravity zones take out the rock enemies. Now we meet a
spring enemy it is not that hard so take it out. Not much else in the rest of
the room so just proceed. Now you enter what is the hardest room of this stage.
You have gravity zones so you can jump higher or not at all. The problem is the
ceiling is covered with death spikes. The only enemy is the flying enemy that
causes the room to flash as mentioned above. Carefully, pick your spots
carefully and jump carefully to avoid the spikes. The next room is like the one
I just described. After passing through all of that we meet a new enemy. This
new enemy flies with a jet pack and fires missiles at you, take it out with a
charged shot or special weapon. The next rooms after that are just a repeat of
the previous rooms so proceed with caution to Saturn. Saturn (difficulty rating 5/10)
Okay Saturn can be a problem if you do not know what you are doing. He
likes to jump in the center of the room and freeze you in place and fire
bullets. When he comes back down that is when you fire, but he also can create
black holes to do damage so be careful about that. Saturn is weak to Jupiter’s
lightening weapon which really takes him out quick. If you do not have that
just blast him when he is done. This stage is moderate in difficulty really the
thing is the jumps with the spikes to deal with. Saturn can be somewhat of a
problem due to him freezing you but if you know what you are doing he can be
locked into a pattern. This stage was not near as bad as the other 3 in the
star droid group

Jupiter Stage (difficulty rating 7/10)
Now for a long a hectic stage. The tune
is pretty catch. Okay you will notice a few things about this stage. The first
being when you are inside the station the gravity is normal, but when you are
outside you can jump high. Second, there is ice on the floor in some parts so
you will slide. If you start to slide jump or otherwise you will slide off into
spikes or into a pit. The first room we have the spark enemy from Pluto’s stage
just take it out. The second one is like an electric Joe. It can only be shot
when it is not charging to release a bolt of lightening (some versions release
sparks) so remember that. The next room just has pits and electric Joes so you
can use the gravity to jump the pits and then use the buster to take out the
Joes. The next set of rooms just has normal gravity, spark enemies, and a new
ball like enemy one charged shot will take him out. Before climbing down the
ladder look up get on the top platform, and use Pluto’s weapon to break through
the reward a Proto Man item. The next room has high gravity all that is here is
wasps, rock enemies and electric joes so just deal with the way you did before.
Once back inside and the gravity returns to normal its basically a repeat of
the previous indoor room. Now we have a repeat of the first room accept there
is another thing this is where the stage turns icy. You will notice after pass
through the rooms there is a split path. What you want to do is take the ladder
and head up just deal with the enemies you did before. Now fall back down either
by using the dig weapon or just climbing down the ladder. You will notice the
room that split has changed. Just fall down but kind of lean to the left or you
will meet death spikes. Jump across the pit to your left and there you have the
Jewel of this stage. Use the dig weapon or mega arm enhancement to get it. Then
go back the way you came. The rest of the rooms are just a repeat. Jupiter Difficulty Rating 7/10) Jupiter is an air borne boss. He likes to fly to the top of the ceiling. He can do several attacks that can do a lot of damage. His first one is he can hit you
with lightening, second he can fire a spread of bullets, and third he can dive
at you. To make this battle easier use the bubble weapon because they can
travel up. Another way is to wait till he dives dash and then fire. Jupiter’s
stage can be hard because it is long, has gravity changes, icy conditions, and
enemy placement. Jupiter can be a problem due to his attacks.
Note before bateling Terra this is where
you need to get everything you can from Dr. Light. Get all the E-tanks you can,
as well as other enhancements because you are doing to need them

 Terra (Difficulty 4/10) Now it is payback and rematch time with Terra. Terra gives hint on who really is behind this as he says how can I face my master now. So there is no stage here. Terra is not that bad to be honest. His attacks that make him moderate
difficulty are this. His weapon is powerful as it homes in on you and can
freeze you. He also can vanish and reappear. The best way to beat him is use
the dig weapon to throw at him or blast him when you can.
Mega Man then thinks he has destroyed
the threat and saved the Earth. But somebody has a surprise. Mega Man sees a
flashing star and realizes it is none other than Dr. Wily who was behind this
all along. Wily attempts to fire a laser at Mega Man, but he escapes via Rush.

 Space Stage (difficulty 7/10) the space stage has a catchy tune but it has three
phrases. The first phrase is you just have to avoid asteroids and they come on
you fast. After that you have space mets that will chase you. Just take out the
Mets or else you will be swamped with them. The final part of this stage is you
have to dodge Wily Spaceship’s laser. Just dodge them to you get to the main
fortress. What you want to do is shoot down its missiles, avoid the lasers, and
shoot the skull. This stage is hectic and a lot going on so that is why it is
difficult.

 Wily Stage I Difficulty (8/10)-A lot of enemies you have already dealt with and the
spike traps are the same. When falling through the shafts look for rooms as
Protoman is there to recharge your energy. Here you are facing previous Mega
Man Bosses. The first one up is Enker. Enker is not that hard to be honest. He
fires a blast at you and then runs just move to the other side and fire. His
lance absorbs the blast but when he returns fire he does damage to himself. Go
through more familiar enemies and another spike shaft and we have Quint. Quint
is still easy just keep your distance and shoot him he goes down very easy.
Third boss is Punk he is not as bad as he was in the 3rd game so
just blast away and avoid the screw crushers. The fourth one oh boy is he still
a pain. Ballade is tough as he was in the 4th game. Ballade will
spam you with Ballade crackers, he jumps and runs into you. I give the Wily I
stage a good 8/10 and that is mainly because of yep you guessed it Ballade

 Wily Stage II (Difficulty 9/10)-Nothing really new here accept for the rematches
with the Star Droids so yeah that is why this stage is difficult

 Wily Stage III Wily Battle Difficulty 8/10) The first part can be tricky you have
to battle two giant fists. What the fists want to do is pick you up or slam
you. After one drops get out of the way and blast away with charged shots.  This requires careful dodging to pull off.
After the fists you battle the Wily machine. Wily Machine can be tricky to
dodge. First you notice they are spikes on top of the ceiling keep that in
mind. Wily will first fire missiles at you just dodge them, then his machine
will bring out a gravity robot. The gravity robot just tries to pull you in
into the spikes, sliding makes it harder to get pulled up into the spikes.
Finally he will shoot bombs with timers what you want to do is shoot the bombs
so they go back to Wily. The bombs will explode when their timer reaches zero
so you want them to be next to Wily’s machine. Now for the easy and final part.
Wily machine will collapse just leaving wily he is in his saucer. He fires
sparks on the floor so watch out for that. All you have to do here is use Terra’s
weapon to do quick work of him.

Dr. Wily is defeated but the game is not
over. Wily reveals Sun Starr he orders Sun Star to attack. Sun Star attacks
Wily and Wily leaves the fortress. Sun Star then says he is a dooms day weapon and
he will destroy all.

 Sun Star battle (Difficulty 10/10)-Now for one of the hardest battles in
the Mega Man series all together. Sun Star is a pain to fight this is where you
will need E-Tanks. He has several attacks. He can turn into a buzz saw to do
damage, fire lasers at you, destroy the floor underneath you, and throw bombs.
Also beware he has his ultimate attack that literally drains 3/4ths of your
life bar. His most powerful attack is he can make it rain laser beams on you.
If he does that you are pretty much going to lose this fight. To beat him you
need lots of skill, dodging and luck to pull off. The best thing to do is use
Terra’s weapon the spark shock will home in on him doing the hard work for you.
Eventually if you are good you might win this battle. Ugh it took me a while to
defeat this guy.

Ending
Sun Star is injured after the battle. Mega Man tells him to come on and Dr. Light can restore him. Sun Star is baffled saying why is Mega Man helping him. Mega Man
replies we are both robots not fighting machines. Mega Man explains he only
fights to protect the world and that humans can leave in peace with robots. Sun
Star agrees with all of this but says that his nuclear core is damaged and will
explode. Mega Man leaves the space station before it explodes. Mega Man is back
on Earth looking up at the sky when simply a laser beam comes at him. Mega Man
jumps and Dr. Wily appears saying this War ends now. But before he can fire a
laser beam his flying saucer falls apart dumping him on the floor. Wily begs
Mega Man gets up throws his hands up and runs with Mega Man in hot pursuit  

Ending rating 10/10 I really enjoyed this game It was a fun game and one of my favorites. I really like how Wily is not the last boss. I thought the ending was very nice and nicely done. Mega Man V for game boy walk through
Having a hard time with the stardroids are you getting too aggravated with Mega Man V. Well don't get aggravated anymore tornadocam is going to blow those robot masters away . Okay not really but I am going to guide you on how to defeat them in this walk through. Before I begin the walk through I think it should be noticed that you can buy items from Dr. Light. To get to the store. Simply press select on the stage select screen. P-chips are the currency and you can revisit stages to get them.
I also have a difficulty scale I will be using in this walk through to rate the stages and bosses
1-2 Easy
3 Slightly difficulty
4-5 moderate Difficulty
6-7 Difficult
8-10 Very Difficult

Boss Order. The Boss order in this game
is not as complex if one stardroid is giving you trouble go to the next one.
But here is the order I like to go in.
First Set.
Mercury
Venus
Neptune
Mars
Second Set-I have two orders I go for
this one
Jupiter
Saturn
Pluto
Uranus.
Pluto
Uranus
Saturn
Jupiter
So here we go with the walk through

Mercury Stage (difficulty Rating 3/10)-Proceed right take out the owl that you
see. If you do not it will swarm you. Jump across the pit and avoid the falling
trash. Jump on the conveyor belts and continue right. If trash falls on the
belt just blast it with a charged shot. Jump more pits and take out more owls.
You will then come to a shaft take out the trash spitting enemy on the right
before falling down it but hang a right to get the p-chips. You will notice
another shaft. What you want to do is fall down the center if you just jog a
little bit you will land on death spikes. If you did it correctly you will land
on the conveyor belt so just make a right. Your new enemy is a Met on top of a
machine with a buzz saw. Just take out the Met and then jump because the buzz
saw won’t be taken out. Your next enemy is an enemy that just likes to disappear
and reappear trying to land on you just take it out. Then just climb a few
ladders climb down a few ladders and take out the buzz mets along the way.
Next, you have the crusher room just avoid getting crushed and take out trash
spitting enemies to proceed not too difficult. Climb a few ladders dodge the
rock enemies and take them out. The next room just has rock enemies that crush
rocks at you, falling trash, and more owls to take out. Then it is on to
Mercury Room. Mercury (difficulty rating 2/10) Mercury is fairly easy but there is one thing do not let him hit you.
He can steal items from you with his weapon. He has a pretty easy pattern. He
splits into liquid balls of himself just jump them and when he reforms blast
him with a charged shot repeat and he goes down quickly. So Mercury’s stage is
not that hard it can be slightly tricky due to the falling trash and pits.
Mercury is pretty easy to get locked into a pattern.

Venus Stage (difficulty 4/10)-Now this stage is more difficulty than the Mercury
stage. You will notice they are bubbles that look like soap bubbles on the
ceiling and later the floor. That is this stages gimmick. The first enemy you will
meet is a soap enemy that looks like the harmless bubbles, they will drop down
from the ceiling just shoot them not too hard to take out. The first two rooms
just have a few ladders and the soap enemies just avoid the spikes. Now you
meet a new enemy after climbing the first set of ladders. The wasp enemies can
be a pain because if they sting you then you will have a few seconds were you
can’t move as fast. So the best thing to do is lead them to where you can shoot
them down. After the top of the ladder you will see a crab enemy. The crab
enemies try to trap you in their bubbles to send you into spikes. If you get
caught in one simply slide to get out. The first crab you can take out from a
distance. Now for another gimmick in this stage before crossing the pits you
will notice a bubble falling down wait before jumping. Because a rush of water
comes falling down after, if you jump while water is falling down its down to
the pit you go. So wait till after the water has fallen to proceed. For the
next part just carefully jump the pits after the water has fallen, take out the
crab enemies and the soap enemies. The next enemy is a propeller type enemy,
shoot it splits into halves shoot it again and it does the same thing. So just
keep shooting it and get rid of the halves and then proceed up the ladders. The
next room has owls with fans in them. The fan owls will either push you away
with air or move you toward them with air in hopes you land on the spikes. Just
dash and shoot to take them out. If you can collect the small e-parts when you
get 4 of them you get an Energy Tank. The next ladder will require you to dodge
the waterfall just climb up do not bother with the split half enemy just ignore
him. Heading down the ladders all that is there is crabs and wasps so deal with
them as you did before. The new room at the bottom is tricky you have bubbles
on the floor. The bigger bubbles make you jump higher. What you want to also do
is take out the wasps and avoid the spikes will bouncing around. The next room
has crabs and waterfalls so just deal with them before. The next bubble room is
where things get dicey. In the middle of the next bounce room is spikes
carefully jump to avoid the spikes in the center of the room and on the
ceiling. Next avoid more waterfalls and crabs to reach Venus’s room. Venus (difficulty rating 4/10) Venus is more difficulty than Mercury because he jumps and his weapon is a bomb. Here is the best way to beat him when he jumps slide under him and blast him avoid his bombs then repeat. He will eventually go down. This stage and Venus offered
some tricky spots, you have the waterfalls but the thing that gave me the
trouble the most was the two bouncing rooms. Venus he likes to jump and fire
his bubble bomb so sometimes you can be cornered

Neptune Stage (difficulty level 4/10) Before you take on this stage I
recommend getting one of the Mega Arm enhancements if you do not have enough
p-chips go back to the mercury stage to collect them and repeat. Okay on to
Neptune’s stage. Now for the first rooms gimmick a sub-marine that moves up and
down. The first enemy you meet is a Met with a big cannon for its hat. Just
deal with him like you do a regular Met wait till he pops up and then blast
away. Next you will have a stomper enemy he just wants to land on you but he
does a lot of damage if he does. So shoot him with a charged shot to take him
out. The next enemy is a helicopter but the problem is the sub moving up and
down. It can be hard to hit the copter with just regular shots. I recommend using
the bubble bomb because they can reach upward. After shooting down the first
copter the area is just a repeat of the same enemies. Then you have the second
copter just deal with it the way you did the other one. Fall down the shaft and
take out the similar looking enemy to the wasp enemies in the previous stage.
Shoot more Mets with cannons and proceed. Also you probably noticed cracks in
the wall hit one of them and a current of water will come rushing out. The
water has a current to it so do not let it sweep you into the pit. Now we have
a few more Mets and stompers to deal with. Now for another thing that is an
obstacle. The cracks in the flooring now produce steam. The steam will damage
you if comes into contact with you so watch out for that. The next room is in
water, remember you can jump higher avoid the spikes and take out the clap
enemy. After the first water room you have to climb a long ladder just avoid
the steam. Next is the other water room use the same rule and avoid the death
spikes. After the water room just deal with more Mets and Stompers then it is
own to Neptune. Neptune (difficulty rating 4/10) Neptune likes to jump around a lot so if he does slide. He also likes to throw water and cause drops of water to reign down on you. Avoid the water and just blast him. He will jump so more so he is not that bad but
can be tricky as it is sometimes easy for him to land on you. Neptune’s stage
had a lot going on it the moving sub, the water currents, the steam and the
water rooms but it is not that bad. Neptune he can be tricky but he is not too bad.
So this stage and boss is moderate in difficulty


 Mars (Stage Difficulty 6/10) this stage is known for its explosives. The first enemy
we meet is a landmine walk across it and boom. The second enemy also appears it
is a grasshopper enemy that likes to jump and shoot missiles at you. Next you
will see a missile take it out quick. If you do not take the missile out it
goes off and comes back down to home in on you. Fall down the shaft and meet
the armadillo enemy it can not only roll up but it mostly wants to shoot you
with more missiles so take it out quick. Head down the next shaft and deal with
the grasshopper. Next go right and I kid you not take out the gorilla throwing bananas
at you yes you read that right. You then will notice they are elevators coming
out of the ground they can be ridden but beware they will lead to spikes on top
so proceed with caution. Then there are more gorillas to deal with and watch
out for the landmines. Carefully ride the elevators avoid the spikes and head
right. Now for the mini Boss. It is a large cannon with platforms going up and
down in the pits. What you want to do here is avoid the cannon’s shots, get on
the moving platforms and shot the cannon. No need to charge just spam it with
regular shots and it goes down in a reasonable amount of time. After that go to
the right but before you move down you will notice an E-tank just use rush to
collect it, you may need it later. The shaft is a long shaft make a hard right
to avoid the spikes. Now you will land on most likely a mind quickly jump off
and deal with the armadillo. Proceed to shoot the gorillas and you will meet a
new enemy. It just likes to shoot exploding balls at you and jump so it can
easily be taken out. Then you have the mini boss to deal with again. The next
rooms just have more of the same enemies to deal with that you have already
deal with. Eventually you will make it to Mars. Mars (difficulty rating 6/10) Mars can be difficult to beat. He first likes to fire several missiles at you, plant landmines down and move across the room at a fast clip. What you want to do is the missiles take a
little while to fire this is when you attack. Neptune’s weapons works best
against Mars. So this stage was difficulty you had a lot of missiles and mines
in this game. Mars loves to spam you with missiles and mines so this stage was
up in difficulty.


 Dark Moon (Difficulty Rating 2/10) Now Terra remember him, he was the one
that attacked and defeated Mega Man in their first encounter. He is enraged
that you have defeated his comrades. So he sends in dark moon. Dark Moon is
like the devils in past Mega Man games. But he is pretty simple. Just avoid his
pieces when he is moving to the other side. He works a lot like Mercury. When
his eye shows blast him with Mar’s Missiles for a quick win. Not difficulty at
all

Second Half- After Dark Moon is defeated you will be taken to Dr. Lights Lab. Light will be in a panic saying how the star droids have been using Earth’s resources to power
there enemy. Mega Man suggest they go to their home planets and strike. Light
modifies Rush for space flight again. Now here is where I recommend you buy items.
If you do not have the other Mega Arm weapon get it and the energy saver those
are handy. Get a few E-tanks if needed. If you need to go back to stages on the
stage screen just hold down the fire button and you can visit the first 4
stages again.

Pluto Stage (Difficulty rating 7/10)-Now for a catchy stage music. Okay back to
the walk through. First enemy you encounter is a tank met. Shooting it with a
charged shot blasts the tank part away. But you still have a shielded met. What
you want to do is wait till he lifts his shield and fire a charged shot again.
The grab enhancement will do additional damage. Next go down the shaft and
quickly jump off the platform because it will fall onto the spikes then take
out the rock enemy to proceed. The next room has a drill type weapon but if it
hits you it explodes so take it out quickly. The next room just has falling
platforms rock and drill enemies so just take them out quickly. Now you will
see spikes on top of the ceiling and platforms yeah not a good mix time your
jumps but make them quick. The new enemy is a spark weapon it flies down and spams you with electric sparks so get rid of it quickly. The mini boss is a
bore drill type boss. He is not hard when he is visible just blast away and he
goes down quickly. You will notice a ladder is blocked off by a block in the
way, you can’t get that yet but keep that in mind. Later. Now just take out the
tank Met like you did before and head up the ladder. If you want an easy way to
deal with the tank Mets two shots of Neptune’s Weapon takes them out quick too.
Climb the ladder and to get rid of the spark enemy bubble bomb (Venus weapon
takes them out) quickly jump off the platforms and climb the next ladder. For
the next room you want to quickly proceed the ceiling beams now fall and the
floors below you are weak so keep that in mind. Head down the shaft take out
the rock enemies. Deal with more tank Mets, falling platforms and spark enemies
to proceed. Deal with the drill bore boss again. After that Protoman will come
in to give you a recharge item and to open the path to Pluto’s Door. Pluto (difficulty 8/10) Pluto can be a real problem. He is very fast he likes to dash at you, throw Ballade Cracker bombs at you and run into you. The best weapons to use against him are Mercury’s Weapon and the Bubble Bomb Weapon. This stage was difficult. There is a lot of enemy placement in this stage, falling ceilings and platforms and then there is
Pluto himself.


Uranus (Stage Difficulty 8/10) now for a real hectic stage. Fall down the first
shaft take out the seal and you will notice how the wall looks funny. What you
want to do is use rush to get up there. Next use Pluto’s Weapon you have to
charge it Mega Man will dash throw though the blocks the room has an E-tank in
it. Now continue down the shaft to meet the Mini Boss a cat sphinx type
creature. The sphinx loves to cause boulders to drop on you and move the platform
hoping you will land on the spikes. They are two weapons that will take him out
quick. Mar’s Missile weapon or Jupiter’s lightening weapon takes him out quick.
After he is defeated he opens the floor for you to head down. You will notice
how the platforms turn stay on them long and you will roll off. So quickly make
a dash to enter the next room. Next you take out the own next to get rid of
them. The next rooms having platforms coming in from the walls that move to the
other side, the problem lots of death spikes. Just carefully make your way up
to the ladders while avoiding the owl enemies and the spikes. You will notice
items on the top but spikes are around them. If you have the other arm
enhancement just fire and it brings the items to you. Carefully jump off the
rolling platforms to proceed. Before heading down the ladder use rush to climb
up to where the breakable blocks are use Pluto’s dash to breakthrough and get the
stages Jewel. Now you can head down the ladder. Now the next few rooms are the
same as the first, just rolling platforms, birds and seals to deal with so deal
with them like you did before. Now we have another spike room with moving
platforms. The difference is we got to down instead of up but the same
principle applies. The reward for going downward having to face Sphinx two. The
second Sphinx is a problem because the platform is very short and he does what
he tried to do in the first time. Deal with him the same way but pick your
spots carefully this time. Then it is more rolling platforms, owls, and seals
to deal with then to Uranus’s door. Uranus (difficulty rating 6/10) Uranus is big and he does have an instant death attack. His death attack is when he jumps he can cause the ceiling to cave in killing you instantly. He will also throw blocks at you. The best strategy to use is stay close with him or else you will be crushed. You can use his weakness
which is Pluto’s dash weapon or you can use charged shots to take him down.
Uranus’s stage was very hectic the rolling platforms were not fun, the death
spikes made this one hard and then the two Sphinxes made this stage difficult.
Uranus himself can be hard due to the instant death move so beware of that.
Okay now you want to head back to Pluto’s
stage remember the ladder that had a block on top of it. Well now you can use
Uranus’s weapon to lift the block head down that ladder to get Pluto’s jewel.

 Saturn Stage (difficulty rating 4/10) this stage has its problems but it is
more of a breather stage compared to Pluto’s Uranus’s and even Jupiter’s stage.
Head down the shaft use the enhancement to bring the p-chips to you. Now what
this stage is known for you will see the arrows pointing up, which is an
increase in gravity. During the gravity zones you can jump a lot higher and so
can the enemies. The first enemy is a rock enemy just take him out. If the
arrows point down that means you are in a heavy gravity zone and cannot jump.
The next enemy is kind of silly he just flies on top of the screen, drops a few
bullets, and slows down time. You can take him out if you want or just let him
pass. You will fall down a shaft and notice a large pit with a secret passage
on the other side. To get to the secret passage just use rush to jump across.
The secret room contains the jewel to this stage. The jewel can be got in two
ways. The first way is to use the mega arm, if you have the enhancements, to
bring the jewel to you, or you can move blocks with Uranus’s weapon. Now head
back the way you cam and fall down the shaft. Try to land on the platform or
hang a left because half of the floor has death spikes on it. Climb down the
ladder pass through gravity zones take out the rock enemies. Now we meet a
spring enemy it is not that hard so take it out. Not much else in the rest of
the room so just proceed. Now you enter what is the hardest room of this stage.
You have gravity zones so you can jump higher or not at all. The problem is the
ceiling is covered with death spikes. The only enemy is the flying enemy that
causes the room to flash as mentioned above. Carefully, pick your spots
carefully and jump carefully to avoid the spikes. The next room is like the one
I just described. After passing through all of that we meet a new enemy. This
new enemy flies with a jet pack and fires missiles at you, take it out with a
charged shot or special weapon. The next rooms after that are just a repeat of
the previous rooms so proceed with caution to Saturn. Saturn (difficulty rating 5/10)
Okay Saturn can be a problem if you do not know what you are doing. He
likes to jump in the center of the room and freeze you in place and fire
bullets. When he comes back down that is when you fire, but he also can create
black holes to do damage so be careful about that. Saturn is weak to Jupiter’s
lightening weapon which really takes him out quick. If you do not have that
just blast him when he is done. This stage is moderate in difficulty really the
thing is the jumps with the spikes to deal with. Saturn can be somewhat of a
problem due to him freezing you but if you know what you are doing he can be
locked into a pattern. This stage was not near as bad as the other 3 in the
star droid group

Jupiter Stage (difficulty rating 7/10)
Now for a long a hectic stage. The tune
is pretty catch. Okay you will notice a few things about this stage. The first
being when you are inside the station the gravity is normal, but when you are
outside you can jump high. Second, there is ice on the floor in some parts so
you will slide. If you start to slide jump or otherwise you will slide off into
spikes or into a pit. The first room we have the spark enemy from Pluto’s stage
just take it out. The second one is like an electric Joe. It can only be shot
when it is not charging to release a bolt of lightening (some versions release
sparks) so remember that. The next room just has pits and electric Joes so you
can use the gravity to jump the pits and then use the buster to take out the
Joes. The next set of rooms just has normal gravity, spark enemies, and a new
ball like enemy one charged shot will take him out. Before climbing down the
ladder look up get on the top platform, and use Pluto’s weapon to break through
the reward a Proto Man item. The next room has high gravity all that is here is
wasps, rock enemies and electric joes so just deal with the way you did before.
Once back inside and the gravity returns to normal its basically a repeat of
the previous indoor room. Now we have a repeat of the first room accept there
is another thing this is where the stage turns icy. You will notice after pass
through the rooms there is a split path. What you want to do is take the ladder
and head up just deal with the enemies you did before. Now fall back down either
by using the dig weapon or just climbing down the ladder. You will notice the
room that split has changed. Just fall down but kind of lean to the left or you
will meet death spikes. Jump across the pit to your left and there you have the
Jewel of this stage. Use the dig weapon or mega arm enhancement to get it. Then
go back the way you came. The rest of the rooms are just a repeat. Jupiter Difficulty Rating 7/10) Jupiter is an air borne boss. He likes to fly to the top of the ceiling. He can do several attacks that can do a lot of damage. His first one is he can hit you
with lightening, second he can fire a spread of bullets, and third he can dive
at you. To make this battle easier use the bubble weapon because they can
travel up. Another way is to wait till he dives dash and then fire. Jupiter’s
stage can be hard because it is long, has gravity changes, icy conditions, and
enemy placement. Jupiter can be a problem due to his attacks.
Note before bateling Terra this is where
you need to get everything you can from Dr. Light. Get all the E-tanks you can,
as well as other enhancements because you are doing to need them

 Terra (Difficulty 4/10) Now it is payback and rematch time with Terra. Terra gives hint on who really is behind this as he says how can I face my master now. So there is no stage here. Terra is not that bad to be honest. His attacks that make him moderate
difficulty are this. His weapon is powerful as it homes in on you and can
freeze you. He also can vanish and reappear. The best way to beat him is use
the dig weapon to throw at him or blast him when you can.
Mega Man then thinks he has destroyed
the threat and saved the Earth. But somebody has a surprise. Mega Man sees a
flashing star and realizes it is none other than Dr. Wily who was behind this
all along. Wily attempts to fire a laser at Mega Man, but he escapes via Rush.

 Space Stage (difficulty 7/10) the space stage has a catchy tune but it has three
phrases. The first phrase is you just have to avoid asteroids and they come on
you fast. After that you have space mets that will chase you. Just take out the
Mets or else you will be swamped with them. The final part of this stage is you
have to dodge Wily Spaceship’s laser. Just dodge them to you get to the main
fortress. What you want to do is shoot down its missiles, avoid the lasers, and
shoot the skull. This stage is hectic and a lot going on so that is why it is
difficult.

 Wily Stage I Difficulty (8/10)-A lot of enemies you have already dealt with and the
spike traps are the same. When falling through the shafts look for rooms as
Protoman is there to recharge your energy. Here you are facing previous Mega
Man Bosses. The first one up is Enker. Enker is not that hard to be honest. He
fires a blast at you and then runs just move to the other side and fire. His
lance absorbs the blast but when he returns fire he does damage to himself. Go
through more familiar enemies and another spike shaft and we have Quint. Quint
is still easy just keep your distance and shoot him he goes down very easy.
Third boss is Punk he is not as bad as he was in the 3rd game so
just blast away and avoid the screw crushers. The fourth one oh boy is he still
a pain. Ballade is tough as he was in the 4th game. Ballade will
spam you with Ballade crackers, he jumps and runs into you. I give the Wily I
stage a good 8/10 and that is mainly because of yep you guessed it Ballade

 Wily Stage II (Difficulty 9/10)-Nothing really new here accept for the rematches
with the Star Droids so yeah that is why this stage is difficult

 Wily Stage III Wily Battle Difficulty 8/10) The first part can be tricky you have
to battle two giant fists. What the fists want to do is pick you up or slam
you. After one drops get out of the way and blast away with charged shots.  This requires careful dodging to pull off.
After the fists you battle the Wily machine. Wily Machine can be tricky to
dodge. First you notice they are spikes on top of the ceiling keep that in
mind. Wily will first fire missiles at you just dodge them, then his machine
will bring out a gravity robot. The gravity robot just tries to pull you in
into the spikes, sliding makes it harder to get pulled up into the spikes.
Finally he will shoot bombs with timers what you want to do is shoot the bombs
so they go back to Wily. The bombs will explode when their timer reaches zero
so you want them to be next to Wily’s machine. Now for the easy and final part.
Wily machine will collapse just leaving wily he is in his saucer. He fires
sparks on the floor so watch out for that. All you have to do here is use Terra’s
weapon to do quick work of him.

Dr. Wily is defeated but the game is not
over. Wily reveals Sun Starr he orders Sun Star to attack. Sun Star attacks
Wily and Wily leaves the fortress. Sun Star then says he is a dooms day weapon and
he will destroy all.

 Sun Star battle (Difficulty 10/10)-Now for one of the hardest battles in
the Mega Man series all together. Sun Star is a pain to fight this is where you
will need E-Tanks. He has several attacks. He can turn into a buzz saw to do
damage, fire lasers at you, destroy the floor underneath you, and throw bombs.
Also beware he has his ultimate attack that literally drains 3/4ths of your
life bar. His most powerful attack is he can make it rain laser beams on you.
If he does that you are pretty much going to lose this fight. To beat him you
need lots of skill, dodging and luck to pull off. The best thing to do is use
Terra’s weapon the spark shock will home in on him doing the hard work for you.
Eventually if you are good you might win this battle. Ugh it took me a while to
defeat this guy.

Ending
Sun Star is injured after the battle. Mega Man tells him to come on and Dr. Light can restore him. Sun Star is baffled saying why is Mega Man helping him. Mega Man
replies we are both robots not fighting machines. Mega Man explains he only
fights to protect the world and that humans can leave in peace with robots. Sun
Star agrees with all of this but says that his nuclear core is damaged and will
explode. Mega Man leaves the space station before it explodes. Mega Man is back
on Earth looking up at the sky when simply a laser beam comes at him. Mega Man
jumps and Dr. Wily appears saying this War ends now. But before he can fire a
laser beam his flying saucer falls apart dumping him on the floor. Wily begs
Mega Man gets up throws his hands up and runs with Mega Man in hot pursuit  

Ending rating 10/10 I really enjoyed this game It was a fun game and one of my favorites. I really like how Wily is not the last boss. I thought the ending was very nice and nicely done. I like the part were Wily's Saucer dumps him on the ground, he begs and Mega Man chases him that is just priceless

You did that !! awesome you must be very good. Sun Star he was a nightmare for me. I have never had to use as many e-tanks as I did with him. So congrats on taking no damage from him. If your interested there is another Mega Man player on you tube his name is Roahmythril. He is very good at doing no damage runs 
You did that !! awesome you must be very good. Sun Star he was a nightmare for me. I have never had to use as many e-tanks as I did with him. So congrats on taking no damage from him. ANGRY VIDEO GAME NERD: This look  like a great game I always up for fighting guy that beat in the beginning  I think I used your guide for the battle against sun star great guide you got the boss in line I love mega man games  but I love mega man x games better anyway am glad that wily isn't the final boss and I can fight the mega man killer unit again and that guy what is name quaint evil mega man HAHAH  I always wanted to fight these gut when I heard of them in MEGA MAN AND BASS I wonder where and how to beat them to prove that MEGA MAN is the strongest of all, this has been AVGN saying GOOD NIGHT
