This game was originally added to the Retro Game Room as Version 1.1 back in late February to early March of 2013; I have now updated the file with Suicune™'s latest version. A lot of improvements have been made to the game, detailed in a chanelog below. Additionally, Suicune™ has put together various documents regarding Pokemon locations, changes, in-game events, etc. which you can download here:
https://www.vizzed.com/boards/upload/files/FireRedGenerations_docs.zip
If you've played this game prior to reading this, in order to get the latest version you'll have to manually delete the old version from your RGR Plugin Data folder (your save file will still work).

To do so delete the file Pokemon Fire Red Generations.gba from this file path on your computer:

    Windows 8, 7, Vista - C:ProgramDataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginRoms

Windows XP - C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginRoms

Simply open a Windows Run prompt with the Windows key ( ) + R and copy/paste the file path.

    Or go to:

Start Menu > All Programs > Vizzed Retro Game Room > Open Plugin Data Folder > Roms.

Changelog:

30th August 2014
Version 1.5

After noticing multiple comments about Shuckle being missing from the game, it turns out Shuckle wasn't anywhere to be found. This is the main reason why this patch has been released, in addition to a couple of other fixes/changes.
  • Shuckle can now be found at Kindle Road allowing you to capture all 386 Pokémon!
  • Fixed the glitch with the Team Rocket Battle on Six Island
  • Swellow has slightly decreased stats
  • Dunsparce has increased stats
  • Re-positioned any sprites that were once incorrectly positioned
  • General bug fixes

25th August 2013
Version 1.4
  • Revamped several boss team rosters
  • Fixed the glitch regarding Chikirota/Totodile
  • Fixed some of the OW sprite text and glitches
  • Edited a couple of moves; Dragonbreath now has an Attack Power of 80 and Meteor Mash now has an accuracy of 100%.
  • The woman outside of the Vermillion City Gym actually gives you the Light Ball as intended.

22nd July 2013
Version 1.3
  • Added Mew to Cerulean Cave
  • Fixed several exsisting bugs and errors including movement and other various game crashing problems
  • Made Bagon & Dratini much easier to access
  • Added Latios & Latias to Soul Cave
  • Added Ho-Oh and Lugia to Route 24
  • Added Deoxys to Route 3
  • Redistributed stats amongst several Pokémon so that the system is a little more balanced
  • Increased the Power of Poison Fang and edited several others moves
  • You can now capture Eevee as a one-time event in Vermillion City.

5th May 2013
Version 1.2
  • Mew can now be caught as an Event in Victory Road near to Mewtwo
  • A few existing Sprite errors have now been fixed
  • Bagon & Beldum can now be obtained as Event Pokemon
  • Any unattended glitches that were listed have been resolved, mainly Team Rocket
  • Latios & Latias are now located and can be caught at Victory Road as Events
  • A few Attack changes have been made (Swellow Slash @ Lv. 46, Dodrio Swords Dance @ Lv. 43 & Aerial Ace @ Lv. 56, Cloyster Calm Mind @ Lv. 52)
  • Any reported bugs have been resolved.
