I'm not exactly certain what you mean since you only registered here 13 days ago - we used to have a Save File Manager feature well over a year ago where you could retrieve your save files and such on that page. That was when the RGR Plugin save files were stored at vizzed, they are now stored locally on your computer - this was done to avoid potential loss of data during a server migration as well as to reduce strain on vizzed's server.

You can find your RGR Plugin save files by gooing to this file path on your computer:

Windows 8, 7, Vista - C:ProgramDataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginUser-448176

Windows XP - C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginUser-448176

Or go to:

Start Menu > All Programs > Vizzed Retro Game Room > Open Plugin Data Folder > User-448176.

There will be separate folders there for each game system, and within the folder will be a savs folder, either named 'Saves' or 'Sav'.
