Graphics:
The graphics are very much like a regular Pokémon game, but there a few glitches in the creation. You can see a few characters and animations glitch and start to waver and a few graphics are distorted. A fun little detail is there is different colored text, rather than the Pokémon's standard black and occasional Red and Blue. It makes the game a little more fun. Also, I love the design for the playable characters, they look very nice and punk!!!
Sound:
It's good, and a good mix from the games. The quality is nice, and the music chosen matches the environments chosen. So, it deserves a ten. Its one of the games where I don't have to turn off the sound due to irritating sounds.
Addictiveness:
I'm sorry to the creator, but I have to rate this low. At first, I thought the odd plot created would give me the feel of eeriness and the will to come back, but the only true element it holds is the Pokémon Battles. Even then, despite the difficulty to level up, which I will cover later, the enemies barely inflict damage on you for a while into the game. After a while, damage does increase, but that didn't keep me entertained. The game has an interesting intro, but not enough to keep you coming back.
Story:
Here's where I get a little harsher with the review. The story...first, the grammar. At first, I thought it was just a different flavor of words, but after seeing it constantly repeated you start to see the maker of the game messed up several times with the lines. It wouldn't bother me, because I edit people's writing all the time, so I'm used to seeing mistakes, but it got to the point where I couldn't even understand the plot. The easiest one quote I can remember is one of the first.
"We will continue this later with us."
Also, with the story, there are some swear words, warnings for some of you, and mentions of slight religious views. Police are not your friends, you learn that right away, but in their defense your character looks like a criminal. Later on in the story, I was so confused as to what my mission is, other than finding out what I've been pegged for.
Your mission is not to be the best trainer, but instead discover your past. That's actually a really good idea, what cancels out the good idea, is its execution. The story is rushed, and when you find that your character apparently replies to everything with "My Sister" and "My Prof" and "My Brother." At first, that was cute, and sort of funny, but after a while, that epithet makes you want to tear out you eyes. I due like the differences, but not enough to give it a higher rating.
Depth:
I was able to breeze through most of the first part, not so much later on, but overall, it goes deep.
Difficulty: Your player doesn't face level 2-4 Pokémon for long, you face harder Pokémon much faster, but you'll survive.
