So my partner and I split a few months ago and she took her bed with her so I went out and bought a new one, a big Queen inner spring mattress. To save money I made my own bed base but only got around to doing it a few days ago, I was rather proud of myself so I thought id show it off

I came in here thinking that you'd made your bed into a fort. "Bed base" kinda threw me off. That's actually very good work. How long did it take to complete? I would think creating a base is fairly simple work, even if it's a lengthy process.
