Mega Man 7 was a 2D Mega Man game with many reasons to play it. I found it to be my favorite Mega Man game because of how much they improved everything using the SNES technology. I think the game had a few downsides but those were really minor and did not really effect the rating of the game which is really good. So now I will tell you the ups and the downs about Mega Man 7.
 
 
 Graphics:
 Well the graphics are really good with them actually giving Mega Man a face. I was really impressed with all the effort they put into the graphics quality and the movements. Well the movements were really smooth and were a big improvement from the NES games which were mostly just pixel movements but really were impressive for the NES. The actual graphical quality made good work of the SNES's new improvements and made them as good as Donkey Kong Country and Super Punch Out which both had really great graphics so I am giving the graphics a 9 for not standing out from a lot of the crowd but delivering all that was really needed for them.
 
 Sound:
 The sound was great with new amazing music and improved weapon sounds. The music was all good and could not find a single flaw with the sound of Mega Man 7. They had better sound with the bosses weapons too like cloud man. So that is why I am going to give the sound a 10 out of 10 for overachieving what it needed to do for it to be great.
 
 Addictiveness:
 The sound and graphics really go into the replay value of the game but so does the gameplay. Well I will most likely be playing this again to fight my favorite robot masters and to listen to all the great music of the stages again while still having a challenge. I mean I don't want to overkill all of them with all the super effective weapons against them. The action in the game is amazing better then all the other games in my opinion so I will the addictiveness of Mega Man 7 a 10 for being to fun and addictive.
 
 Story:
 Well the story had a little improvement from the other games but not much. Wily still escapes because he was imprisoned not executed which is really weird so his robot masters broke him out. There is a new robot named Bass with his own dog named Treble. Mega Man and Dr.Light are not sure if they can trust him but decides to send Mega Man after Wily's robot masters. It is a big improvement but not enough to make me give it a 10 so I am going to give the story a 9.
 
 Depth:
 Well there is not a lot to do in Mega Man 7 but they did add some new features and you can still fight 8 robot masters. Now there is a store that Auto a robot runs. Oh the puns are so horrible. He can give you things such as E-tanks and extra lives which can be really helpful if you are not using save states. Every stage has great bosses and great enemies. The new weapons are hard to use some of the time and get a hit but I see that they tried to make different weapons and I respect that about the game. They also added some surprisingly unique and challenging robot masters like Cloud man and Junk man which both have new obstacles for you to face. The game did not add a lot of stuff new but I see where they tried to so I give the Depth an 8.

 With the new challenges and the not as useful weapon Mega Man 7 can be pretty hard. Like with a weapon that shoots upwards  seems useful but it mostly is not. It also is as challenging as the last games. A lot of the robot masters are not that hard just it is the few amount of lives you have. The controls are not irritating at all which is a good thing about all games. So I give the difficulty a 7 out of 10.

The 7th version of the Mega Man franchises took a bump in the road jumping to 16 bit. Lots of people complained, and this game...isn't bad. Its a bit weird, but you get use to 16 bit, and it's like the past 6 games. Very fun.

Patrick Star : Where do you explain the gameplay here, buddy? If someone who had no idea what Mega Man 7 is about where to read your review hoping to get some information on how this game works, they'd be left hopeless. That's the #1 issue with reviews on this website; there's no mention of the gameplay. Without gameplay, a video game is no different than a movie. I can't stress how important it is to add the Gameplay section in a video game review! It's like a hamburger without a patty. It's an essential! I have a whole thread dedicated to this issue even (https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=102199). Also, I can barely read anything you have posted here because of the stupid fancy background that you used here... And you have the nerve to criticize one of my video game reviews, meanwhile all of yours don't even explain how the games play at all. Yeah, your a very reliable source! NOT!
