Top Gear 3000 is the successor of Top Gear 2 and its subsequent games. The story is quite vague and starts off with the premise of a sanctioned, high stakes, exclusive, extraterrestrial racing mecca, that takes place every millennia. It's organizer is unknown and you are part of the action. Now, lets get down to the nuts and bolts. Overall: 9.5
This is a ridiculously fun game that is unique and offers a good challenge, with plenty of levels to keep you busy. Maybe theres a few glitches here and there, as there are imperfections in anything. Depth: 6
Top Gear 3000 adds more depth then it's predecessors could ever dream of, featuring everything to tire upgrades, gearboxes, engines, boost, jump modules, armor, weapons, all come in 7 different grades w/detailed descriptions and animations illustrating the performance. The sheer amount of specialization allows you to tailor your car to track/atmospheric conditions. Each level consists of a system of several planets each silghty harder than the next one.
Graphics: 5
Graphics are pretty much on par with everything else. But, that won't matter none since your going 220 mph and over!
Sound: 8
The music is clear, crisp, fits the mood and sets the tone especially the intro cutsecene which I think is pretty cool. The engine sounds are pretty good. Tire sounds are pretty clear, bumping sounds a little strange. Makes a quiet taping sound. I guess this makes sense cause you are pretty much protected by ultra light "paper".
Addictiveness: 7
The idea of making absurd amounts of money, with plenty of different setups to play with will make you experiment and try to find the "perfect setting". Story:5
The story is pretty vague as I said earlier but, what little there is, it's still very interesting.
Difficulty:7
It's pretty hard if you are not sure how to set up your car. A good car set up can make the difference between win and lose.
