I'm baaack from the deeeeaaaaad~
And immna make a game
So yeah
Confirmed details of game:
Gonna be a Metriodvania
Has two protags: a hijabi and some impish chick (short range and long range attacks respectively)
It will have le deep meanings and death I guess
Probably gonna have multiple endings yes
References that are immensely obscure

That's what I have so far.
As of now when I post this post I am working on story and design of characters
Need to get my good computer booted up and to put my foot on top of homework before I start the programming phase.
More info as they come

Also here is currnet game data. Might contain story-ish spoilers, but, hey, I'm working on it so its all due to change.

(hijabi chick development)
-tunic, hijab w/ hair poking out, aladdin pants, moon/star crest
-observant but not really
-one track mind
-clumsy REALLY REALLY CLUMSY
-doesn't like soccer but plays it anyways that's why she has strong legs I guess
-low stamina, high durability
-a sort of tracking device she has
-her dad's an engineer and stuff
-"thick"
-mother died due to a thing
-preferable heroine

(impish chick development)
-has upside-down hearts as her motif, stripes, hair tied at the front, waist bag pockets, a gun, lolly
-kind of pissy
-short, wiry body
-incredibly agile, but can't take hits
-calculating, only cares for herself
-can't understand other people's motives
-she's an orphan
-can double jump even though that's physically impossible
-actually a monster *spoiler lol

-alternate dimension thingy
-it eats people in a way
-anyone who dies here becomes a monster themselves
-the sorta big bad controls these monsters
-there are, however, friendly/non malevolent creatures living in the dimension
-the place looks like an old temple/decaying forest
-I SEE DEAD PEOPLE

Kamari (moon variation, arabic)
Monsutako (monster child shortened, japanese)
False end (when you have the protag act out of character)
True end (when you have the protag act within character)
Empty end (half and half, stuck in the limbo of character)
Shopkeeper (will exchange goods for the (crystals?) you find)
Save point (required [duh])
Exposition Fairy (also required for no other reason than because)
Reason for being (Kamari is an exchange student while Monsutako is a local)
Plot device (GET OUT OF HERE)
Big bad..? (Some shadowy jerkface)
