I have never been so addicted to a Mario ROM hack until now. This is of course an exception with Luigis New Adventure Mario Is Missing. I think this game is a cross over between Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros 3. But..... how does the ratings for each section of this review compare to the originals of this games mix in. Lets get hell of a ripper game review started. So much to talk about. Such little time. Boy... I wish I had more time then I had to review this game.

Story 4/10

I am not sure if the storyline behind this game is the same as the original Mario saga how Bowser has Kidnapped bowser or not. There isn't much to say about it in here as the main screen you see (the one after the title screen) if you know what I mean. It isn't in English, I believe that it is in Brazilian but I can't say for sure. If someone can speak Brazilian would like to play this game to the end and tell us, me and the readers what it means or if its not Brazilian say so. Boy I enjoy reviewing Mario ROM hacks. Mario and Mario ROM hacks are literally like the only games that I ever play on here.

Gameplay 9/10

The only way this extremely smooth game play could get any better is if they added the mini-game things from Super Mario Bros 3, the p wing and the toad house. The controls for this game ultimately depend on if you have any power up or not. (i.e if you have the cape or fire flower those two are the power up as the the mushroom that makes you big doesn't really alter the controls slightly.) Lets start with my favourite in this game: The Fire Flower: The reason why this is my favourite is because finding the cape/feather in this game is so rare to find. I've hit every block up to world 3 with the ? in it and I have only have found one cape. The control differences is that when you do a spin jump (by hitting x on your keyboard) you throw a fire ball. As well as when you go to speed up (this is done by hitting a on your keyboard) you will throw another fireball. In the very first level I do not recommend that you get a fire flower for one reason. To pick up a item you need to hit the a key on your keyboard and as I stated this throws a fire ball. So you have an impossible 1st level if you don't get rid of the fire flower.
The cape: the only difference with this is that to fly you will need to hold down the a key and when it holds its hand out it front of it you can fly with the z key or the x key. I am not sure how to do the z key but I can tell you if you do manage to fly with the z key to stay in the air you need to press the left and the right button. 

Graphics 10/10

This game..... has some of the best graphics I've ever seen. Bowser in this game is actually a custom made attempt of making a replica of Nintendo s Bowser without actually using the sprite of Bowser from Super Mario Bros and the Super Mario Bros 2 Lost Levels. The only bad thing about this is the fact it doesn't have the hammer and the fire. The Bowser rooms of each world has a limited space for you to jump. Adding that would be a good Bowser challenge for me as I have never had much trouble ever beating Bowser in any Nintendo Mario game. There is this mini-switch palace thing in some levels and it looks so detailed and so professional. This switch you can turn on and off does add some difficulty to the levels it actually is in.

Sound 9/10

My speakers for my laptop have broken even when the speakers aren't muted so I have to always go by another review of the game or if the game I am reviewing has no other review I will have to make an educated guess. I guess the music in this game is either from Super Mario Bros 3 or Super Mario World. If I was reviewing those two games I would rate the sound for them a 9 so I guess I would have to rate this a 9 because of the fact as I guess the music is from either one of those two games. 

Addictiveness 10/10

This is one of my favourite Mario ROM hacks I've ever played as I believe I have stated earlier. I am so addicted to this despite the fact I am only on the 3rd world. I plan to play this game until this game gets too hard for me to get any further or until I complete this game. I guess this won't get really hard for me until later on or the final few levels. I would love to be the first person to say I have completed this ROM hack before anyone else has. The closest anyone on this website is to completing this game with proof is only on the ghost house of the second world. Somehow they have around 17 more lifes then I do as well as 140,000 more score then me.

Depth 9/10

I assume this game to complete from the level I am on will take me until Lunchtime of where I live. I have been playing this game for an hour and I am world 3. I may think it is mainly because I haven't used many load save states. The longest levels are with no doubt the last level of the world and the air ship levels that appear every now and again. 

Difficulty 3/10

Unless I see that this game has an insane difficulty curve some time soon in the near game this will have to stay a 3 for me. I do not find it hard at all. This game also surprises me. I mean how many Mario games do you see have a tutorial of how to jump and all that without risking that the timer will go down to 0 or dying. The tutorial level is impossible to die on and it shows you how to go fast, how to jump. The biggest challenge for me in this game so far is the fact that you may have to make yourself smaller (not by hitting something) but by your own default because this game is hard to go small of.

Overall 9.6/10

I strongly suggest to you, the readers that you play this game called Super Mario World - Legend of the Yoshistal 2. You will love it except the problem is the only let down for people who are good at Mario is the fact that this game lacks difficulty. Sure you can add some difficulty to it by trying to glitch and wall jump. I tried to glitch on this game and the only glitches that give me any problem is when you are big (2 block tiles big) and there is a space where you are just too big to go in. So you will have to figure out a way to go smaller to go through it. I am not sure if they teach you how to do that in the tutorial. If they don't what you need to do is crouch by pressing down and do the normal jump which is done by pressing z. Sometimes you may have to continue doing this and holding the right arrow key.

A super fun game in my opinion would be Pokemon Emerald. I have played it and beaten it and it was fun to me.

If you mix these 2 games you definitely know it has to be good
