Hiya! So, like I said, I'm new. Mah bro kind of directed me to this site, and I've seen him playin' stuff, so figured I'd check it out. (I'm watching him play Metal Gear right now). Something I need to get out of the way before I continue, I rant. A lot. So without further ado!...
I'm something of a hardcore gamer, to a certain extent. It depends on your definition of the term 'hardcore'. Sure, I play video games alot. Sure, it'd be darn near impossible for me to live without them. Sure, you could say I'm experienced. But there are just some people who have epic gaming skills (my brothers *coughcough*). And yes, I'm a girl (something only I don't see very often. A girl gamer.) And from my name, you can obviously tell that I like ninjas. Because they are cool. And they're...ninjas. And the name as a whole, I just got that from the song 'The Ninja Tattoo' by Shanadoo, a cool, Japanese, techno-ey band I stumbled across while surfing YouTube.
The one series that has been my personal favorite is: Sonic the Hedgehog. I know, I know. Some of you are probably thinking, "What has this chick been smoking??" And, I can understand that. Sort of. I know a lot of people have been saying that Sonic's (or rather, Sega. Or whoever is making the Sonic games these days) recent games haven't been too good, and some people are even saying that when they haven't even frickin' played them, much less formed their OWN opinion for them. I stopped playing after 'Shadow the Hedgehog' (which, by the way, was a personal favorite of mine, even if it was kinda weird. Although, that could be because Shadow is my favorite guy character from the whole Sonic series, Rouge being my favorite for female, mainly because she's purple, and purple ROCKZ) since my family had to tighten our budget, so I wouldn't know, but even I used to say that they weren't any good. Key words: USED TO. I realized that I haven't played the games, and went off what others said, so I just shut up and simply said to myself and various others that if you haven't played the game yourself, you really can't bash on it much unless you've actually experienced its supposed suckiness. After discovering that, I just decided to await the day I actually play these games that were given reviews that were probably simple opinions of someone else.
I even watch the friggin' anime of it. But then again, I am quite a lover of anime...Check that. I'm one of THE biggest anime lovers you can find. Not only have I seen 40+ plus series of anime, but I can answer almost every single question you can ask for more than half of those series. And if I listed every single anime series I've ever seen, and describing in DETAIL every possible detail that I can wring from the Demon Circus I like to call 'My Mind', I would not only be here all night, but so would you. And that would probably be a lose-lose situation, considering the fact that whoever is reading this probably would like very much to destroy their computer right about now... I know there are some people who have seen more than that, but most of them probably don't know the series in minute detail. Those of you who do, kudos to ya. One particular series that is nothing short of 'one of the best series I have seen in a while' is Soul Eater, and for those of you who know it, I constantly find myself acting more and more like Black Star and Kid.
(bleh, what am I doin', talking about anime on a site for video games and the like?) Now for a bit of my personal, possibly, boring stuff. If you haven't noticed by now, I use unnecessarily correct punctuation and grammar for something as informal as a website, but honestly, I'm completely anal about it nowadays. I never shut up when there is a simple mistake, simply because I can't STAND simple mistakes. (although, I know I have made one or two mistakes, but I'm too lazy to check) I also have a certain fascination with quizzes, especially ones having to do with zombie survival. Though, I only do quizzes as a last ditch effort to entertain myself before I go completely insane with boredom. Either that or take a nap. :3 Also, I tend to throw shoes and break tables in rage when I get especially mad. (I actually have done those two before, and would happily oblige to doing it again!) I know that whoever's reading this is thinking biased BS like 'I have no life.' I'll admit, that's somewhat true, since I can't even go get the mail without someone going with me (a two minute walk as a whole, to the mailbox and back to my house. TWO MINUTES!). But I'm not an entirely lonely person. I DO have friends. Real physical, flesh-and-blood friends. And honestly, that IS true, and whether you want to believe me or not is up to you. I'm not forcing you to believe me, and I'm not guilting you into believing me.
Well, that's all I feel like saying. Or rather, typing. If you could hear me saying this right now, that would be quite creepy. That's less than half of all the stuff I can think of to say (TYPE), and if I wrote everything that I could honestly think of to say, I'd be here for another hour or so, so I'll end it here.
