I didnt mean to find this, i was just browsing news and I found it. I thought it was a pretty heartfelt video and was also pretty disgusted. I never really realised it was a problem.

Yeah, I am sorry to report that statistics shown at the end of the video were pretty accurate. Less than 5% or so are actually investigated because people are affraid of their attacker, so they go resticted reports. This is sad. 

Local Mods : Seeing as how this is military related, perhaps move it to my rented forum, and put it in Discussions? that is... if
