First you need to get your pics online.
You can host images at sites like http://imageshack.us/

After you upload them (or if they are online somewhere already), get the link to the picture, go to "Edit Profile" https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/editprofile.php and put the link where it says "User picture".
Go to the bottom of the page and click the "Edit profile" button.

And thats it. Enjoy

Well by looking at the url you have put as the display pic that leads to the page it is on, not the pic itself.
On that page you want to click the link that says "Full Size" and it opens it full sized with link and all.
The link to you picture would be http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/9490/wingz2.png
