2 player controls for Mega Bomber Man?

My fellow gamers,

I want to play 'Mega bomber man' with my friend on the same keyboard. I see two sets of controls for players 1 and 2 at the bottom of the window when I play the game. However, these controls do not work and when I double click on the screen for the menu, I can only see the option for changing 'game pad' 1 controls. I've also switched from 'Windows explorer' to 'Google chrome' but to no avail.

Please help?

In response to your question, you would probably have to buy 2 PC ontrollers for USB ports. That may work, I have no idea if you can do it.

I'm not sure... Do you have two computers? You can try to use netplay. Bomberman '94 currently has free netplay so you won't even need to buy the item .

Which emulator are you using? The Mednafen (right link) or Gens (left link)? Both support 2-player controls. Mednafen menu is accessed with F1 key and the controls can be configured there, Gens menu is accessed by double-clicking, and you should see this:

Fantastic!

It worked! I wasn't aware of the two different emulators and used 'double click' on the Mednafen emulator which gave me the limited option I spoke of before, but then trying it on the Gens system like you said I got the menu shown which worked beautifully.
