No, you would not be able to play games here.  Your iPad cannot download and use the plug-in that is required.  I've tried this before too.  I hope I helped

PerseusRad : I think you can but Vizzed won't work. Vizzed only works on windows. 
You'll have to download the roms and emulators separate. 
Edit: Also this can possibly damage your iPad. Unless you're sure it will work fine or don't care if it getsessed up I wouldn't recommend this.

I thought the non-plugin games did work. As long as it's not flash, and not the plugin, then it should work just fine. I haven't tested this theory so I don't know for sure but it seems like it should work.
